El puesto de trabajo es en Gante, Bélgica FUNCIONES: - Gestionar y coordinar los traslados y el alojamiento del personal de la empresa desplazado en proyecto en Bélgica. - Procurar al personal los medios logísticos y técnicos para su incorporación al puesto de trabajo. - Apoyar al personal en otras gestiones que requiera su estancia. - Accommodation management: ensuring that all the staff is properly accommodated and solving issues that may arise. - Contact with local agents in order to provide support to the expatriate staff: medical services, banks, public institutions. - Welcoming new members, coordinating their arrival at destination and providing the resources needed for the correct integration to the team. REQUISITOS: - Imprescindible nivel alto de inglés y castellano.Se valorará el conocimiento de otras lenguas. - Permiso de conducir B. - Indispensable residir, o poder hacerlo, en Bélgica. - It is mandatory a high level of English and Spanish, knowledge of other languages will be an asset. - The selected candidate needs to be able to live in Belgium as the entire work will be carried out in Ghent area.
