Terms of reference
- Management and organization of technical ship operations
- Responsibilities in human resources on board
- Ensuring the operational readiness of the main engine and auxiliary systems
- Commissioning, operating and monitoring of the engine systems
- Fulfillment of regular maintenance measures
- Advising the captain on technical and economic issues
- Preparation of repair requirements and drydocking lists
- Ordering fuels and lubricants as well as the necessary spare parts
- Disposal of the above substances in accordance with MARPOL
- Compliance with environmental regulations
