QDR je instrument koji je Komisija razvila kako bi pomogla nacionalnim organima da objavljuju svoje podatke kao "povezani otvoreni podaci" koji se mogu lakše objavljivati, povezivati i koristiti.
Akreditacija u kontekstu Europass-a je osiguranje kvaliteta ili licenciranje organizacije ili kvalifikacije. Primer akreditacije u kontekstu Europass-a može se koristiti za specifikovanje informacija o dva tipa akreditacije.

ESCO (Evropska klasifikacija vještina, kompetencija i zanimanja) je evropska višejezična klasifikacija vještina, kompetencija i zanimanja. ESCO funkcioniše kao rečnik koji opisuje, identifikuje i klasifikuje profesionalna zanimanja i vještine relevantne za tržište rada EU i obrazovanje i obuku.
ESKO pruža opise 2942 profesije i 13.485 vještina vezanih za ove profesije, prevedene na 27 jezika (sve zvanične jezike EU plus islandski, norveški i arapski).
Europass koristi ESCO na tri načina:
1) Europass korisnici imaju unaprijed definisanu listu zanimanja iz koje mogu odabrati u svom odeljku radnog iskustva svog profila ili CV-a.
2) ESCO takođe pruža kompletne opise zanimanja kada odlučite da kliknete na ikonu "oko". Možete kliknuti na dugme "Saznajte više", koje će vas preusmeriti na potpune informacije o specifičnom zanimanju.
Using Europass
To register with Europass, you first need to create your ‘EU log-in’ which is the EU Commission user service. To create your ‘EU log-in’ you enter your email address and create a password. You will then receive an email with a link which will allow you to complete the registration process. From there you can start using Europass as a registered user. Registered users have full access to all Europass tools including the Profile, Library and jobs and courses suggestions.

Yes, you can use Europass on tablets and mobile phones, different web browser and window sizes with different resolutions.

Europass nudi prijedloge za poslove i kurseve tako što ih usklađuje sa vještinama i interesovanjima koje ste naveli na svom profilu i u alatkama "Moje vještine" ili "Moja interesovanja".
- Izaberite opciju "Podešavanja" ispod dugmeta “Ja”.
- Kliknite na "Postavke za prilagođene prijedloge".
- U delu "Upravljanje prijedlozima", kliknite na uredi.
Prebacite dugme sa desne strane na uključeno da biste mogli da primate predloge za posao i kurseve. Moći ćete da vidite personalizovane predloge na vašoj Europass kontrolnoj tabli.

You can store your Europass CV in the following ways:
• In your Europass Library (registered users only)
• Download on your local device (desktop or mobile device)
If you are a registered user, you can store your Europass CV in your Europass library and edit it anytime. If you are a guest user, you can import your Europass CV to the Online Editor and make any changes you need and download the CV again.
With the Europass CV editor you can add, remove and edit sections of the CV as you wish. Sections like “Work experience” and “Education and training” can be moved, edited or removed. You can also create customised sections, with names you choose, depending on your needs and experiences.
After filling in the preferred sections you will be able to choose a suitable CV layout from a list of different templates. This will allow you to adjust the look and feel of every CV for each application.
If you are a guest user, the information you enter in your Europass profile will be available for 48 hours after your last visit.
As a registered user, your information will be saved for longer and you can save your Europass CVs and Cover Letters in your Library.
You can create different versions of your Europass CV. You can also make use of the different available visual templates. Registered users can store the different versions in their Europass Library. Guest users can download the different versions of their Europass CV and update them later on.
