How do I check the level of my qualification on the European Qualification framework (EQF) level?

Information on the EQF level may be included on your qualification documents (diploma, certificate, transcripts) or you can ask the institution where you studied for this information.

How to get support in my country?

You can search for information and services to help you in different countries through the Learn in Europe and Work in Europe sections of Europass. Choose from the list to select the country you are interested in. 

For further information on Europass, you can contact the National Europass Centre in your country.

What are National Europass Centres?

A National Europass Centre coordinates all activities related to Europass in every country that participates in Europass. It is the first point of contact for any person or organisation interested in using or learning more about Europass. You can contact the National Europass Centre of your country or the country you are interested to work or learn in.

I am blind or visually-impaired. Can I use the Europass CV?

Yes, Europass has been developed with careful consideration for the visually-impaired and blind. It supports assistive technology and provides alternatives for people with such challenges.

Can I use or reproduce the information contained on the Europass website?

You are allowed to use the information on the Europass website if you acknowledge the source (©  European Union). 

Can Europass help me get recognition of my skills and qualifications?

Europass can help you communicate your skills, qualifications and experiences in a clear and consistent way. Using Europass does not entitle you to any automatic recognition of your skills and qualifications or other entitlements. The Europass profile, and Europass documents such as the Diploma Supplement, Certificate Supplement and Europass Mobility can be helpful to explain your skills and qualifications to employers, education and training institutions and others

I am not a European citizen. Can I use Europass?

Yes, Europass is a free set of online tools and information for everyone regardless of your nationality or country of residence. 

Šta je registar seta podataka o kvalifikacijama (QDR)?

Nacionalni organi mogu pripremiti i objavljivati kvalifikacije, akreditaciju i mogućnosti učenja u Europass-u preko platforme Registar seta podataka o kvalifikacijama (QDR). QDR je instrument koji je Komisija razvila kako bi pomogla nacionalnim organima da objavljuju svoje podatke kao "povezani otvoreni podaci" koji se mogu lakše objavljivati, povezivati i koristiti.

Šta je akreditacija?

Akreditacija u kontekstu Europass-a je osiguranje kvaliteta ili licenciranje organizacije ili kvalifikacije. Primer akreditacije u kontekstu Europass-a može se koristiti za specifikovanje informacija o dva tipa akreditacije.

  • Institucionalno licenciranje: osiguranje kvaliteta i/ili licenciranje na nivou organizacije. To podrazumeva dozvolu za rad institucije (npr. izdavanje kvalifikacije) i dodjeljuje je javni organi ili njihovi delegati.
  • Akreditacija programa/kvalifikacije: dozvola za pružanje određenog programa ili kvalifikacije. Opisuje proceduru licenciranja primenjenu na nivou jednog ili više programa/kvalifikacija. To podrazumeva dozvolu za instituciju da pruža određene Programe/Kvalifikacije i dodeljuje je javni organi ili njihovi delegati.
Šta je ESCO i kako se koristi u Europass-u?

ESCO (Evropska klasifikacija vještina, kompetencija i zanimanja) je evropska višejezična klasifikacija vještina, kompetencija i zanimanja. ESCO funkcioniše kao rečnik koji opisuje, identifikuje i klasifikuje profesionalna zanimanja i vještine relevantne za tržište rada EU i obrazovanje i obuku.           

ESKO pruža opise 2942 profesije i 13.485 vještina vezanih za ove profesije, prevedene na 27 jezika (sve zvanične jezike EU plus islandski, norveški i arapski). 

Europass koristi ESCO na tri načina:  
1) Europass korisnici imaju unaprijed definisanu listu zanimanja iz koje mogu odabrati u svom odeljku radnog iskustva svog profila ili CV-a.  
2) ESCO takođe pruža kompletne opise zanimanja kada odlučite da kliknete na ikonu "oko". Možete kliknuti na dugme "Saznajte više", koje će vas preusmeriti na potpune informacije o specifičnom zanimanju.

Using Europass

How do I register with Europass?

To register with Europass, you first need to create your ‘EU log-in’ which is the EU Commission user service. To create your ‘EU log-in’ you enter your email address and create a password. You will then receive an email with a link which will allow you to complete the registration process. From there you can start using Europass as a registered user. Registered users have full access to all Europass tools including the Profile, Library and jobs and courses suggestions.

What do I do if I forget my EU Login password?

Click on “Forgot password?” on the login page. Please note that you cannot reset your password if your account is locked. Contact the EU login helpdesk if you need further help: https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/cas/contact.html

Can I use Europass with a mobile device?

Yes, you can use Europass on tablets and mobile phones, different web browser and window sizes with different resolutions.

My browser does not display Europass properly. What can I do?

Update your browser or consider using a different one, e.g. a recent version of Firefox, Chrome or Internet explorer. If the problem persists, contact the Europass team.

Kako mogu dobiti prijedloge za poslove i kurseve?

Europass nudi prijedloge za poslove i kurseve tako što ih usklađuje sa vještinama i interesovanjima koje ste naveli na svom profilu i u alatkama "Moje vještine" ili "Moja interesovanja".

  • Izaberite opciju "Podešavanja" ispod dugmeta “Ja”.
  • Kliknite na "Postavke za prilagođene prijedloge".
  • U delu "Upravljanje prijedlozima", kliknite na uredi.

Prebacite dugme sa desne strane na uključeno da biste mogli da primate predloge za posao i kurseve. Moći ćete da vidite  personalizovane predloge na vašoj Europass kontrolnoj tabli.

  • Prijavite se na svoj Europass nalog
  • Idite na odjeljak “informacije o aktivnostima” pod dugmetom “Ja”.

  • Izaberite “poništi objavljivanje veze” da biste deaktivirali tu vezu.
Postoji li zapis o svim vremenima kada je Europass imao tehničke probleme?

Da, ako niste mogli da koristite Europass zbog nestabilnosti, možete se obratiti stranici sa zapisima o greškama za referencu. Tamo su navedeni svi datumi i vremena kada Europass nije bio dostupan, zbog planiranog tehničkog održavanja ili neočekivanih tehničkih problema.

Europass CV and cover letter editor

I cannot add a photo on my Europass CV?

Please check if you have uploaded the photo in the right file format: PNG, JPG.

If this is the case, make sure that your file size is less than 20 MB. 

In which format can I save my Europass CV?

Currently, you can save your Europass CV in a Europass PDF version. 

Where can I store my Europass CV?

You can store your Europass CV in the following ways:


•    In your Europass Library (registered users only)


•    Download on your local device (desktop or mobile device)
 

How can I update my Europass CV online?

If you are a registered user, you can store your Europass CV in your Europass library and edit it anytime. If you are a guest user, you can import your Europass CV to the Online Editor and make any changes you need and download the CV again. 

Can I customise my Europass CV?

With the Europass CV editor you can add, remove and edit sections of the CV as you wish. Sections like “Work experience” and “Education and training” can be moved, edited or removed. You can also create customised sections, with names you choose, depending on your needs and experiences. 

After filling in the preferred sections you will be able to choose a suitable CV layout from a list of different templates. This will allow you to adjust the look and feel of every CV for each application.

I have lost my Europass CV. What can I do?

If you are a guest user, the information you enter in your Europass profile will be available for 48 hours after your last visit. 

As a registered user, your information will be saved for longer and you can save your Europass CVs and Cover Letters in your Library. 

Can I create different versions of my Europass CV?

You can create different versions of your Europass CV. You can also make use of the different available visual templates. Registered users can store the different versions in their Europass Library. Guest users can download the different versions of their Europass CV and update them later on.
