ATCP Management GmbH
Germany, Berlin
AROUNDTOWN Commercial Properties (ATCP) is the asset management
platform for Aroundtown SA, the largest listed commercial real estate
company in Germany. ATCP acts as owner representative thus managing,
leasing and optimising the commercial real estate portfolio, which, in
addition to typical office properties, also includes industrial,
logistics and retail properties. In addition to our company
headquarters in Berlin, Aroundtown Commercial Properties holds branch
offices in Munich, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Hanover and Leipzig. Our
employees of various nationalities and their performance stand for the
success of our company. Why This Role Exists We are building an
AI-native product team that ships working software in days, not
quarters. This role is for someone who treats prototyping as the
discovery medium — not someone who runs discovery and then waits for
engineering capacity. Your default output is a working artifact in a
tenant's or stakeholder's hands, not a PRD in Confluence. This is a
builder role, not a coordinator role. If you light up at owning a
quarterly roadmap and running stakeholder workshops, this is not the
right fit — and that is by design.. What Success Looks Like Tenants
and operations teams use working prototypes within the same week the
idea was raised — not the same quarter. You ship a portfolio of
small, testable bets. Some land, some are killed quickly. Both are
good outcomes. AI-powered tenant features move from concept to live
PoC without engineering becoming the bottleneck. Build / buy / kill
decisions are made on evidence from real users — not opinions in
slide decks. The integration engineering team hardens what you proved
was worth keeping; everything else is thrown away cleanly.
Responsibilities Hands-On Building Ship clickable, working prototypes
in AI-native tooling — Claude, Cursor, Replit, v0, Lovable, Figma
Make, Bolt, or equivalent — within the same week an idea surfaces.
Use prototypes as the discovery artifact. A working demo in front of a
tenant beats a 12-page PRD every time. Build internal tools,
automations, and tenant-facing PoCs end-to-end. You are not just
specifying — you are shipping. Decide what to harden into production
with the integration engineering team, what to keep in prototype form,
and what to throw away. Discovery & Tenant Insight Run discovery
directly with tenants, property managers, and operations teams. Live
in the field, not in workshops. Use AI in your own workflow —
feedback synthesis, competitive scanning, copy generation, data
exploration, and SQL against tenant analytics. Translate real estate
operational reality into product decisions. Understand how leases,
service charges, move-ins, and tenant communications actually work —
not in theory, but in practice. Prioritization & Stakeholder
Translation Own a portfolio of small bets, not a single quarterly
roadmap. Velocity comes from optionality, not from planning. Be the
connective tissue between business stakeholders and the AI-native
build team. Shield builders from noise and surface signals. Define the
few KPIs that actually matter for tenant adoption and operational
impact. Instrument them yourself when needed. Make pragmatic build /
buy / kill calls fast. A killed idea this week is more valuable than a
maybe-someday idea on a roadmap. Your Profile Experience & Expertise
4+ years shipping product, ideally in B2C or self-service B2B
platforms. We care more about what you have shipped than how long you
have been doing it. Hard requirement: a working portfolio of AI-built
prototypes. You must be able to demonstrate something you personally
built and shipped in the last 90 days using tools like Claude, Cursor,
Replit, v0, or similar. Technical literacy that goes beyond "can talk
to engineers": comfortable reading APIs, sketching data models,
writing SQL, debugging your own prototypes, and deploying to Vercel or
similar. Strong tenant or end-user empathy and direct discovery
instincts. You have run sessions with real users in the last 6 months.
Real estate, proptech, property management, or tenant services
experience is a meaningful advantage — not just "nice to have".
Domain familiarity translates directly into shipping speed.
Comfortable working without traditional PM artifacts. You can write a
clear spec when needed, but you do not lead with one. Core
Competencies Builder Instinct : You ship working artifacts as your
primary form of communication. Documents are a fallback, not a first
move. AI Tool Fluency : You select and apply the right AI tool for the
right job. You evaluate new ones critically and adopt them fast when
they earn it. Discovery Through Building : You use prototypes as the
discovery medium — putting working demos in front of users instead
of running theoretical workshops. Prioritization Under Uncertainty :
You kill bad ideas quickly and double down on what is showing a
signal. You are comfortable with most of your bets not paying off.
Stakeholder Translation : You hold the line between business intent
and engineering reality without becoming a bottleneck for either side.
Real Estate Operational Curiosity : You actively want to understand
how a property gets managed, where the friction lives, and what
tenants actually deal with. Who You Are Builder First : You measure
your week in things shipped, not meetings attended. Comfortable
Throwing Work Away : You do not get attached to ideas that did not
land. The portfolio matters more than any single bet. Allergic to
Pure-Coordinator Weeks : If your week is mostly Jira grooming and
status meetings, something is wrong and you fix it. AI-Forward : AI
tools are your default workflow, not a novelty. You experiment with
new ones every month. Direct & Pragmatic : You push back on bad ideas
— including your own — and you do it without ceremony. Discreet :
You handle tenant data and sensitive operational information with the
care it deserves, including data passing through AI systems
