To support the continued growth of our client, we are currently looking for a Customs & Border Compliance Officer. This position is open to both a junior, operationally oriented profile as well as an experienced customs expert.
In this role, you act as a key link between operations, customers and authorities. You ensure that customs and border compliance requirements are met and that goods flows are handled efficiently and in full compliance with applicable legislation, within a complex and fast?changing environment.

Your responsibilities
- Managing and following up on all customs and border compliance activities within shipping, port and door?to?door operations.
- Ensuring full compliance with local, national and international legislation.
- Obtaining, maintaining and managing customs authorisations and permits
(AEO, Bonded Warehouse, Temporary Storage, etc.). - Acting as an internal and external point of reference for customs?related expertise.
- Coordinating and liaising with customs and port authorities, as well as customers and partners.
- Creating, maintaining and reporting on procedures, KPIs and compliance documentation.
- Actively contributing to process improvements and the automation of administrative formalities.
- Supporting the optimisation of IT systems and operational workflows.
- Resolving incidents and exceptions in order to safeguard the continuous flow of goods.
You are fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.
You have relevant experience and/or knowledge in Customs, Shipping, Ports or Logistics,
- You are a fast learner with a hands?on, solution?oriented mindset.
- You persist until issues or cases are fully and correctly resolved.
- You work autonomously, set priorities effectively and continuously seek improvements.
- You are able to build and maintain strong, sustainable relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- You are willing to participate in a late shift and weekend standby rotation once every 12 weeks.

- bull; liaise with the office landlord, suppliers and contractors to keep the office welcoming and in good shape
- bull; support the events organisation, i.e. the practicalities (hotel, venue, catering, ...) for the yearly “National Association Meetings, “International Harmonisation Council” and a “Summit rehearsal”

- bull; Responsible for evacuating & visitors in every case of alarm and during building escape exercises. Sending report to the building representative afterwards.

Voor onze Supply chain afdeling bij Greenyard Frozen zijn we op zoek naar een Customer Service Officer . In deze rol ondersteun je klanten in Italië en fungeer je als back-up voor onder andere de DACH-regio en Benelux .Je maakt deel uit van een hecht team van 13 collega’s, elk met hun eigen verantwoordelijkheden en specialisatie. Je werkt vanuit onze site in Westrozebeke.
Van zodra sales een deal afrondt, neem jij het dossier over. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles achter de schermen correct loopt en dat klanten op jou kunnen rekenen als vast aanspreekpunt. Je bent de schakel tussen klant, sales en interne teams en bewaakt het overzicht, ook wanneer het tempo hoog ligt.

- Administratieve opvolging van klantendossiers na verkoop
- Artikelcreatie en databeheer in Excel
- Beheer van contracten en prijzen in SAP
- Productregistratie op klantenportalen
- Verwerken en kritisch analyseren van forecasts
- Order entry, stockbeheer en opvolging van verzendingen
- Afstemming met transport en voorstellen van leveringsalternatieven
- Klanten informeren over status, leveringen en contractafnames
- Beperkte klachten en retourverwerking
- Berekenen en opvolgen van volumekortingen

For the EMEA Headquarters in Deinze, where they manufacture turn-key spray systems, code lances and injectors and electronic products for all kinds of industries, the company is currently looking for a Team Leader Specialty Injectors.
Jobomschrijving
As a Specialty Injectors Team Leader, you oversee the complete lifecycle of Spraying Systems' specialty injectors products, from engineering and product development to manufacturing and quality assurance, ensuring strict compliance with ASME, PED and customer-specific requirements.
- You lead the engineering team in designing and developing specialty injectors based on customer requirements and tenders.
- You manage all welding documentation (PQR, WPS, WPQ) and coordinate qualifications for new materials.
- You collaborate closely with the CNC machining design team to ensure manufacturability of parts.
- You develop technical documentation including CAD models, calculations, risk assessments and manuals.
- You oversee the testing and validation of new designs to ensure compliance with internal quality and performance standards.
- You implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, reduce lead times and optimize production costs.
- You coordinate production planning, scheduling and execution together with the workshop coordinator to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- You ensure all production activities comply with welding standards (ASME, PED, customer-specific standards).
- You create procedures to help the factory achieve PED certification, to be integrated into the ISO system.
- You monitor non-conformities with the QA team and safeguard overall product integrity.
- You maintain accurate production records, including work progress, material usage and labour allocation.
- You have solid experience in engineering, welding processes (ASME IX, EN ISO 3834) and mechanical design regulations such as ASME, EN and PED. Having an IWE degree is a plus.
- You are a teamplayer and have excellent skills to take on a coordinating and guiding people management role.
- You are highly adept at reading, interpreting and developing technical documentation (CAD, specifications, risk assessments, manuals, etc.).
- You combine technical depth with analytical thinking and a structured approach.
- You are proactive, well-organized and able to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- You have excellent communication skills (oral and written) and have a fluent knowledge of English.
