Ansvarsområder og hovedoppgaver

Planlegging

  • Utarbeide og vedlikeholde produksjonsplaner basert på slakteplan, råstofftilgang, ordreinngang og kapasitet.

  • Koordinere råstoffdisponering mellom slakteri og foredlingsanlegg i samarbeid med produksjonsledelsen.

  • Følge opp slaktemeldinger og prognoser fra Hofseth Aqua som grunnlag for planlegging.

Kundekontakt og oppfølging

  • Ha løpende dialog og tett oppfølging med kundene, sammen med teamet, med utgangspunkt i systemets kontinuerlige prognoser gjennom produksjonsdagen.

  • Sikre god kundestøtte og rask respons ved endringer i ordre eller leveranser.

Dokumentasjon og logistikk

  • Ansvar for utsending av dokumentasjon knyttet til ordre, transport og logistikk, mot kunde, transportører og egen terminal.

Koordinering og registrering

Alongside its salon services, the company operates the Up To My Eyes Academy, an online learning division that has to date provided V.T.C.T.-accredited training in techniques such as microblading, lipmentation, emBrowdery™ and eyelash extensions to beauty professionals in Ireland and internationally. The company is now launching a new, distinct business line within the Academy: a dedicated international online training programme in specialist beauty and aesthetic techniques for clients undergoing or recovering from cancer treatment (for example, brow, lash and camouflage techniques addressing hair and skin changes caused by chemotherapy and radiotherapy). This new venture will be marketed and sold to beauty professionals, salons and training partners internationally, and requires dedicated commercial development to build it into a viable revenue stream. The Business Development Manager will plan, organise and undertake market research to meet the requirements of the company's marketing and sales policies for this new online training venture. The role is commercial and sales-focused: it is responsible for identifying and developing international markets and customer segments for the new course line, building the sales and pricing strategy, and managing the resulting client accounts. The annual salary is €20 per hour for a standard 40-hour week.
