As a Senior Production Engineer Foundations & WTGs You will work in either tendering or in the project support team. In tendering you guide the production engineers of two tender teams and are end responsible for the production results. Together you create the production estimates which forms the basis for the execution schedule and cost estimate. Trade-offs are prepared in collaboration with the tender team to determine the most competitive work method (e.g. feeder vs shuttle). The chosen solution is detailed by aligning with different stakeholders (Metocean, Operations, Geotech, hydrodynamic). In addition you will drive improvements in our tendering approach. During the execution phase the production support department (PSD) is responsible for updating the production estimates and prepare alternative work methods to improve the execution method.
