About the Boerma Instituut The Boerma Instituut was founded in 1980 by Theo and Jose Boerma and is currently led by Jacqueline Boerma, fourth generation of a family with more than 120 years of experience in floral design. The school offers foundation courses, international programmes, workshops, masterclasses and the Master Florist programme (Meesterbinder). Our mission is to train students from all over the world to become professional florists and floral designers. Position As a Floral Design Instructor, you will teach classical and modern floral design, guide international students and represent the school abroad. The role includes teaching in the Netherlands as well as international travel. Als monteur start je namelijk op projecten binnen de nieuwbouw, utiliteit of renovatie. Je kan werkzaamheden vanaf de tekening verrichten en weet hoe je moet werken aan onderdelen die onder spanning staan. Je werkt veilig en volgens de norm. En werk je aan de afmontage van wandcontactdozen
