Enheten for Mottak og retur har ansvar for at flyktninger og asylsøkere får et sted å bo fra de kommer til landet og til de enten bosettes i en kommune eller returnerer til hjemlandet. Dette innebærer blant annet anskaffelse og oppfølging av mottaksdrift samt utbetaling av økonomiske ytelser. Vi har også ansvar for bosettingsforberedende arbeid og assistert retur. 

Du blir ansatt i teamet vårt på Gjøvik og vil arbeide med oppfølging av mottak. Samtidig inngår du i vår matriseorganisasjon og deltar i tverrfaglige, nasjonale team. Stillingen vil inngå i det nasjonale teamet for ytelser.

Arbeidsoppgaver

Prioriterte arbeidsoppgaver: 

  • Følge opp mottak i Akershus, Buskerud, Innlandet, Oslo og Østfold og veilede ansatte om krav til driften (noe reisevirksomhet må påregnes) 
  • Samarbeide med vertskommuner, helsevesen, politi og andre etater om sektoransvar og tilbud til asylsøkere       
  • Saksbehandle på ulike områder knyttet til drift av asylmottak, herunder ivareta rettigheter til den enkelte beboer i asylmottak. Eksempler på dette er økonomiske ytelser til beboere, aktivitetsmidler til barn og unge.  
  • Bistå på andre områder i Mottak og retur når det er behov for det. 

Kvalifikasjoner

Kvalifikasjonskrav du må oppfylle:    

  • Høyere utdanning på bachelornivå. (relevant erfaring kan kompensere) 
  • Erfaring med saksbehandling og å fatte enkeltvedtak  
  • Svært god muntlig og skriftlig fremstillingsevne på norsk    
  • Førerkort (pga. reisevirksomhet)  

Det er ønskelig med:   

  • Erfaring med veiledning og opplæring  
  • Erfaring med kontraktsoppfølging eller tilsyn    
  • Erfaring fra offentlig forvaltning  
  • Erfaring med utviklings- og forbedringsarbeid 
  • God teknologi kompetanse, erfaring med KI og utvikling av KI-agenter er en fordel

Your Challenge

Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Static and fatigue substantiation of Drive System components for new Development Projects or for Change Projects (contract, upgrade of the aircraft, change of flight loads, change of design etc...). This responsibility could lead to define and follow test in flight and/or test in our laboratory.
  • Define substantiation documents with the appropriate level of quality to ensure safety.
  • Deliver and explain substantiation documents to authorities in order to ensure project milestone.


Your Profil:

You will have the following skills and experience:
  • Educated to 5 years’ degree level (or equivalent) in mechanical engineering.
  • At least 5 years of experience on mechanical part analysis
  • Mechanical mind-set (RDM, metallic materials etc.)
  • Simulation (FEM with Samcef)
  • Static and fatigue analysis
  • Fatigue test experience is a plus
  • Crack propagation analysis is a plus
  • Certification knowledge is a plus
