Edellytämme: - opetustoimen henkilöstön kelpoisuusasetuksen (986/1998) mukaista kelpoisuutta - ammattikorkeakoulututkintoa turvallisuusalalta, poliisiammattikorkeakoulun tutkintoa tai pelastusalan päälystötutkintoa - voimankäyttökouluttajan pätevyyttä tai sitoutumista pätevyyden hankkimiseen Arvostamme: - vahvaa näyttöä ja kokemusta turvallisuusalan tehtävistä - vuorovaikutustaitoja sekä kykyä työskennellä tuloksellisesti osana tiimiä - aiempaa opettaja- ja kouluttajakokemusta - kokemusta turvallisuusalan koulutuksen suunnittelusta, toteutuksesta ja kehittämisestä - verkko-opetusosaamista - oikeudellista osaamista Tarjoamme: - vapaajaksoja 12 viikkoa vuodessa - kehittämismyönteisen ja modernin työympäristön sekä hyvät henkilöstöedut - esihenkilön ja tiimin tuen työssäsi onnistumiseen - monipuoliset osaamisesi kehittämisen mahdollisuudet - lakisääteisten työterveyshuollonpalvelujen lisäksi työterveyspainotteiset sairaanhoitopalvelut - tukea työhyvinvointisi ylläpitämiseen liikunta-, kulttuuri- ja hyvinvointipalvelujen muodossa - vapaa-ajan tapaturmavakuutuksen Muodollisesti kelpoisten hakijoiden puuttuessa otamme huomioon myös muut hakijat, jolloin palvelussuhde on määräaikainen. Tehtävässä on kuuden (6) kuukauden koeaika. Opinto- ja työtodistukset pyydetään haastatteluun kutsuttavilta. Valitun tulee toimittaa 30 päivän kuluessa valintapäätöksestä tiedon saatuaan hyväksyttävä selvitys terveydentilastaan sekä alaikäisten kanssa työskentelevien rikostaustan selvittämisestä annetun lain 504/2002 mukainen rikosrekisteriote. Jos tietoja ei toimiteta määräajassa, päätöksentekijä voi tehdä päätöksen, jossa tehtävään ottaminen todetaan rauenneeksi.
