After receiving your application documents, we review all available opportunities internally, discuss your individual expectations and career goals with you in a personal interview, and provide the best possible support for your professional entry and/or advancement!Your Tasks... * Ensure compensation structures including salary frameworks, job grading, and pay bands are consistently implemented and applied across the company * Lead annual compensation processes such as salary and grading reviews, bonus cycles, and incentive payments * Ensure internal equity and external competitiveness through robust market benchmarking and develop compensation policies, principles, and governance frameworks * Advice, collaborate and support regional compensation specialists, leaders and HR Business partners and strongly collaborate with HR analytics and Talent Management; act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and key stakeholders * Support the design and evolution of total rewards offerings including incentives, benefits, and recognition programs * Improve company's Bonus process aligned with performance and business outcomes * Ensure compliance with labor laws, pay equity, and regulatory requirements while maintaining accurate Workday data by applying job grading frameworks and Mercer IPE methodologies * Partner closely with Total Rewards CoE from peers from other company groups * Collaborate strongly with auditors, legal teams, and finance partners to support compensation reporting and audit readinessOur Requirements... * University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field * 5-8+ years of experience in in the field of total rewards, preferably in a multinational environment * Strong expertise in compensation structures, job evaluation, and market pricing * Language skills (excellent knowledge of English) * Workday experience is an advantage * Ability to work effectively in complex, matrix organizations with a precise work approach * Experience partnering with senior leaders and executive stakeholders * Strong analytical and quantitative skills * Strategic and business-oriented mindset and intercultural skills * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills * High integrity, discretion, and professionalismOur Offer... * Options for individual and specialised education and training * Good working atmosphere in an successful company * Flat hierarchies and short decision paths * Regular events for employees * Flexible working hours, employee parking spaces and good public transport connections * The opportunity to actively shape your own careerMinimum SalaryThe minimum salary is EUR 5.857,14 gross per month for 38,5 hours per week.
