As a 3rd Level Support specialist, the candidate will act as a functional and business expert positioned between business users IT support teams and solution delivery teams.
The responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Providing advanced functional analysis and troubleshooting on TAP and Wealth Management applications beyond standard technical support.
• Handling complex incidents and problems escalated from Level 1 and Level 2 support ensuring root cause analysis and sustainable resolution.
• Supporting business users in understanding system behavior data inconsistencies reporting anomalies and functional limitations.
• Performing impact analysis of incidents and changes in business processes regulatory reporting and operational workflows.
• Actively participating in incident problems and change management processes including contribution to post incident reviews and corrective action plans.
• Coordinating with internal IT teams, vendors and product specialists to drive issue resolution and continuous improvement.
Business Proximity Onsite Requirements: A key success factor in this role is the strong proximity to business users.
The position requires regular onsite presence to:
• Facilitate real-time interaction with end users and business stakeholders.
• Participate in functional workshops troubleshooting sessions and operational reviews.
• Build trust with business teams by providing responsive pragmatic and business-oriented support.
• Ensure quick understanding of business priorities constraints and operational urgencies.
• Remote support alone is not sufficient for this role onsite presence is mandatory to guarantee efficiency, communication quality and alignment with business expectations.
Functional Expertise
• The candidate is expected to have a solid understanding of Wealth Management business processes including portfolio management transactions valuations reporting and regulatory constraints.
• TAP functional architecture data flows reporting layers and dependencies with upstream and downstream systems.
• End-to-end data lifecycle from source systems through analytics and reporting layers.
• Banking operational constraints such as cutoff times end of day processes and regulatory deadlines.
• The role is not limited to technical troubleshooting it requires the ability to translate business issues into functional analysis and actionable recommendations.
Communication Language Requirements
• Given the direct interaction with local business users and stakeholders, French is mandatory spoken and written.
• The candidate must be able to Conduct meetings workshops and support sessions in French.
• Write clear functional analyses incident summaries and user communications.
• Act as a trusted interlocutor between business teams and technical experts.
• English is an asset for interaction with international teams, but French fluency is nonnegotiable.
