Deze vacature situeert zich binnen Milcobel Premium Ingredients (MPI). Dit is onze business unit die zuivelingrediënten produceert en internationaal verkoopt aan andere voedingsbedrijven. We maken ingrediëntenkaas zoals mozzarella en cheddar, melkpoeder en verder horen ook boter, room en wei ook tot het gamma. Dit alles wordt geproduceerd in onze sites gelegen in Langemark of Kallo. Verder wordt ons kaas geraspt door onze afdeling Kaasbrik, in Halen.

Hoe ziet jouw job als Ploegverantwoordelijke?

Als Ploegverantwoordelijke Productie ben je een flexibele en operationele spilfiguur binnen onze kaasmakerij. Je hebt een vaste ploeg onder je en je werkt in een wisselend ploegensysteem (2 ploegen) en vormt samen met collega ploegverantwoordelijken een dynamisch team dat de productie draaiende houdt.

  • Je bent dagelijks aanwezig op de werkvloer, signaleert afwijkingen, meldt gevaarlijke situaties en probeert technische storingen eerst zelf op te lossen samen met je team.
  • Je hanteert en controleert de regels inzake hygiëne en veiligheid met als doel een hoge productkwaliteit + minimum aan arbeidsongevallen/werkonderbrekeningen te bekomen.
