To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced roller operator for our asphalt works.

What does your job involve?

  • You independently operate the road roller during asphalt works.
  • You ensure the correct and even compaction of the asphalt according to the required quality standards.
  • You take into account the temperature and composition of the asphalt and adapt your working method accordingly.
  • You work closely with machine operators, drivers and other colleagues in the asphalt crew.
  • You help monitor the quality of the road surface and ensure that the works are carried out accurately.
  • You work with modern machines, techniques and tools.
  • You carry out daily checks and help ensure the proper maintenance of the machine.
  • You depart daily from the depot in Oostende.
What do we expect from you?

  • You have experience as a road roller operator, preferably in asphalt or road construction.
  • You have a good understanding of asphalt compaction and understand the importance of using the correct rolling technique.
  • You have good technical insight and can work confidently with modern machinery.
  • You are flexible and have no problem working in different weather conditions.
  • You speak fluent Dutch or English.
  • You are able to get to our depot in Oostende independently every day.

  • Bij onze klanten, plaats je onze eigen aluminium ramen en deuren, woonuitbreidingen, veranda's voor zowel nieuwbouw en renovatie.
  • Tussen 15u30 en 16u30 ben jij terug op de koer en eindigt jouw werkdag!
  • Op vrijdag voegen wij hier nog 1 iets aan toe: een fris pintje/frisdrankje en gezellig een spelletje biljart, voetbaltafel of darts spelen!
