In this position, you will provide a wide range of office administrative support to the company, including:
- Greet and direct office visitors and clients, answer and transfer inbound calls, distribute post and receivables;
- Handle HQ requests for information and data;
- Resolve administrative problems and inquiries;
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments and travel arrangements;
- Maintain office supply inventory;
- Coordinate office equipment maintenance;
