This is a permanent position, but if moving permanently to Denmark is not an option for you, it is entirely possible to work in a rotation arrangement.
We expect you to:
be knowledgeable and have experience in MasterCam 2023 version or newer version. We work in 2026 version
be comfortable and knowledgeable in Turning and/or Milling
be comfortable and knowledgeable in 3-5 axis machining and programming
be able to set up machines and tools
Perform self-inspection and prepare measurement reports
Be a constructive partner for both colleagues and customers
Plan and propose cost savings and process improvements
Deliver products with the right quality at the right time
Training is provided in the use of special equipment
We imagine that you are a true CNC enthusiast who values quality and professional challenges. You have a vocational education or equivalent in technical subjects, preferably as a CNC operator. Relevant experience can compensate for lack of education. In addition, we want you to have at least 3-5 years of experience as a CNC operator, preferably in advanced machining and complex items.
Your collaboration skills are good, and you communicate well in English. We are a small, flexible and motivated group of people who work closely together and are proud to deliver high quality. We therefore want you to have a good work ethic, because after all, it is we who pull the load together. We work well together, but everyone has their own tasks, so you must also be able to work independently. Sometimes we have a lot to do, so it is important that you thrive in a hectic work environment and have an extra gear when necessary.

We Are Looking for a Maintenance Technician!
DAFC is a privately owned food production company operating within the poultry industry and production, with a strong focus on high quality, operational reliability, and efficient production.
Daily operations are characterized by a fast-paced environment, strong teamwork, and an informal culture. Employees play a key role in the business, with a strong emphasis on responsibility, flexibility, and continuous improvement.
As a Maintenance Technician, you will perform hands-on technical work in production while also taking on a coordinating role in the day-to-day operations of the maintenance team.
About the Position
You will join a team of three technicians, all of whom have 5–10 years of experience with the company. The role offers a high degree of freedom and responsibility.
The position combines practical maintenance work with coordination of the team's tasks, priorities, and spare parts management to ensure stable and efficient production operations.
You will spend most of your time on the production floor rather than in the office.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshooting and repair of electrical and automation systems on production equipment
Preventive maintenance and optimization of machinery and equipment
Participation in technical improvement and development projects
Registration and documentation in the maintenance management system
Coordination of technicians' tasks, priorities, and schedules
Ordering spare parts and following up on deliveries
Your Background
We imagine that you have a technical or trade background, such as an Automation Technician, Industrial Electrician, Welder/Fabricator, or a similar profession, and that you have solid experience in electrical troubleshooting and repairs.
You may be formally trained or have acquired your skills through experience—the most important thing is that you have built strong practical expertise. Experience from the food production industry, preferably a slaughterhouse environment, is a clear advantage but not a requirement.

Practical Information
