Hva er BPA?
Brukerstyrt personlig assistanse (BPA) er en alternativ måte å organisere tjenestene praktisk og personlig bistand på for mennesker med nedsatt funksjonsevne. BPA er et likestillings- og frigjøringsverktøy, og gjennom bistand fra egne assistenter legges det til rette for at personer med bistandsbehov får et aktivt og mest mulig uavhengig liv.

Om meg og mitt behov

Jeg er ei 18 år gammel herlig jente som søker deg som er interessert i å være med og berike livet mitt sammen med de andre fine assistentene i teamet mitt.
Jeg har sammensatte funksjonsnedsettelser og et stort omsorgsbehov. Jeg uttrykker meg via mimikk og lyder. Jeg er glad i humor, sang og musikk, og finner stor glede i å være ute på tur og i basseng.
Assistansen vil foregå i en egen adskilt og godt tilrettelagt bolig nær hjemmet. Arbeidstiden kan være dag, kveld, natt og helg – hvorav nattevakten er våken.

Det er behov for en fast 100 % stilling i turnus dag/kveld med langvakter på helg. Det er også ledig som tilkalling.
