Were looking for motivated people to join our winter team, working alongside our year-round staff and returning seasonal team members, taking care of around 130 dogs and our guests, starting from the autumn training period. The roles combine kennel work, guiding, and hosting guests. Ideally you'd be excited about all these tasks. Previous experience is a big plus, but not required. We will provide throughout training for our kennel routines. Our working language is English, but we are especially looking for French and German speaking staff, as we offer tours in all three languages. A lot of our guests speak also Dutch or Flemish. Working in a kennel is a physical outdoor job. You need to be physically fit and ready to handle long, cold, and dark days while keeping a positive attitude. The well-being of our dogs is our number one priority. We want to maintain a calm atmosphere in the kennel, so its important that you are a patient dog lover with a genuine interest in working with dogs Equally important is that you are passionate about sharing your love and knowledge of dogs with our guests, and take pride in creating unforgettable memories for them during their visit to our kennel Drivers license B is required to able to drive ATV and snowmobile (training provided). We are looking for an experienced dog trainer to take a role in developing our kennel, with a strong focus on pack dynamics for winter season 2026/2027. The position also includes guiding and normal kennel work. Resposibilites include: - Improving pack dynamics and overall team functionality - Socializing rescued dogs, preparing suitable dogs either for work or for rehoming - Training and developing young dogs - Supporting staff in consistent, calm, and effective dog handling - Guiding guests on husky safaris as part of the team We are looking for someone who has strong, hands-on experience in dog training. Proven experience with behavior work, socialization, and problem-solving in dogs. Understanding pack behavior and group dynamics is important. Patience and focus are important regardless of what is happening around you. On a normal day our kennel has 1-3 consecutive starts twice a day. One day in a week the kennel is closed from guests. People skills are also important, as you will be also guiding and hosting our guests in the kennel and on the trail. Previous guiding experience is a plus but not required. You need to be physically fit and ready for demanding outdoor work, we work outside in any and every weather and temperature. Our working language is English, but French or German skills are highly appreciate as we offer tours in all three languages. A lot of our guests speak also Dutch or Flemish. Driver's license B is required to able to drive ATV and snowmobile (training provided). Nous proposons un poste de stagiaire rémunéré pour personnes souhaitant se former dans le domaine des animaux de compagnie. Vous interviendrez sur une durée de 3 mois à 12 mois en refuge animalier (principalement chiens mais également chats et animaux de la ferme). Nous travaillons principalement avec la justice sur les réquisitions judiciaires pour maltraitances, mais également sur les abandons, animaux en divagations, sorties de fourrière, ... Dans ce cadre, vos missions parmi nous seront : Prophylaxie sanitaire et vétérinaire, nourrissage, abreuvage, soins quotidiens, administration de médications, petit toilettage, socialisation, éducation. Pour les intervenants de longues durées et si vous le souhaitez, vous pourrez compléter vos interventions avec une formation en éducation canine sur chiens dits difficiles de 147 heures grâce à l'intervention hebdomadaire de notre éducateur canin partenaire : approche et mise en confiance, lecture du chien, travail en laisse, déblocage de problématiques, ... Passion des animaux, implication et dynamisme impératifs. Bon contact animaux exigés. Mi temps ou temps plein. Les horaires peuvent être a mi-temps (9h-13h) pour ceux qui réalise une formation théorique en parallèle, ou a temps plein 9h à 17h avec 1h de pause déjeuné. Votre gratification de stage (4,5€ net /heure) est cumulable avec les aides perçues (RSA, Chômage, ...) Travail un week-end sur 2 (samedi et/ou dimanche). Lieu : Verneuil-sur-Avre (27), Normandie. Au sein d'une animalerie de proximité, vous occuperez la fonction de toiletteur(se) canin, félin et autres animaux de compagnie.. Votre mission consistera à : - accueillir le client accompagné de son animal de compagnie, - diagnostiquer la bonne prestation à effectuer - conseiller le client sur le bien-être de son animal - effectuer la prestation de toilettage complète avec soin dans le respect des usages et des procédures internes ( shampooing, tonte, coupe ciseaux, épilation) - s'assurer du bon état de propreté et d'hygiène de la cabine de toilettage avant et après chaque prestation - procéder à l'encaissement de chaque prestation - assurer la prise de rendez-vous et des rappels téléphoniques ** Poste à temps complet et/ou à temps partiel **

Ylläsjärvi/Rovaniemi Etsitään työntekijää 60 alaskanhusky kenneliin. Työt alkaa syksyllä tai marraskuussa, koejakso vaaditaan. Työkieli asiakaspalvelussa on englanti. Syksyllä koiria treenataan mönkijällä Rovaniemellä. Talveksi koko kenneli muuttaa asiakastyöhön Ylläsjärvelle. Oppaan tehtäviin kuuluu asiakaiden viihtymisestä huolehtiminen, ajo-opetukset ja huskytalkit. Safarit ajetaan pääsääntöisesti moottorikelkalla. Aikasempaa kokemusta ei vaadita, mutta se on ehdottamasti eduksi. Ajokorttia ja reipasta asennetta kyllä. Eduksi on jos ymmärätt koirankoulutuksen päälle, tai olet osaava kelkkailija, vasara pysyy kädessä tai lapset ovat erikoisen rakkaita. Ryhmänjohtamisen taito on myös hyödyksi. Pitää omata asialliset käytöstavat koleegoja, asiakaita ja koiria kohtaan. Majoituskseen on mahdollisuus.
