ROLE DESCRIPTION As part of our team, the Product Specialist Quotation Systems is responsible for collecting product requirements as well as contributing to the product roadmap. In order to do so, you work closely with the sales organization and colleagues from the Repair & Maintenance Services commercial and data teams in order to capture change needs. Furthermore, you monitor the Salesforce CPQ technology and formulate proposals on how Volvo CE could act. Besides this strategic aspect, you administrate our tools and ensure that they are running by planning and developing them according to the set objectives. This needs to be done in collaboration with internal and external suppliers. You deliver 2nd line business support and communicate system releases, while tracking and identifying product defects and resolve them together with the IT support staff. ARE WE THE PERFECT MATCH? You have a higher degree in system or business administration as well as an excellent understanding of the product management process. You are analytical and have experience in mapping and understanding processes. Doing this, you see the overall picture and never lose sight of your target. Preferably, you possess product management experience with innovative hi-tech products. Experience of working with Salesforce CPQ is a high asset.
