As a customer service representative in Almere, you are the point of contact for Vodafone/Ziggo customers. You answer questions via phone, chat, and email. With a workweek of 16 to 40 hours, the job is flexible and easy to combine with your private life. You start with an intensive two-week training at the office, followed by an onboarding period of about two months. After that, you can work hybrid: partly at home and partly at the office. Your day consists of answering customer questions, providing advice, and solving technical or administrative problems. You coordinate with colleagues from other departments and ensure that every customer is well assisted. You keep all customer data neatly in the systems and quickly switch between different systems, even when it's busy. We are looking for someone who knows how to take action, enjoys helping people, and communicates clearly. You will receive guidance and the opportunity to grow. We ask -
• MBO working and thinking level; • At least 18 years old; • Experience in customer service, preferably with business customers; • Good command of Dutch and English; • Accurate, stress-resistant, and solution-oriented; • Ability to quickly switch between systems; • Available for 16 to 40 hours per week.
