• Kompletna organizacija, koordinacija i operativno rukovođenje svim fazama izgradnje objekata visokogradnje na terenu.
• Osiguravanje izvođenja radova u strogoj koordinaciji s projektnom dokumentacijom uz prikupljanje kompletne atestne dokumentacije za ugrađene materijale i opremu.

Uvjeti:

• VŠS ili VSS – Diplomirani/a inženjer/ka građevinarstva / Magistar/Magistra inženjer/ka građevinarstva (mag. ing. aedif.).
• Obavezno radno iskustvo na poslovima vođenja gradilišta u sektoru visokogradnje (minimalno 3 do 5 godina).
• Položen stručni ispit za obavljanje poslova graditeljstva (upis u Hrvatsku komoru inženjera građevinarstva je prednost).
• Napredno korištenje paketa MS Office (Excel), AutoCAD-a te alata za planiranje (MS Project).
• Vozačka dozvola: B kategorija (aktivni vozač, spremnost na svakodnevni obilazak terena unutar navedene regije).
