Als Operator bedien en monitor jij coole automatische teststations. Samen met je team van testers en engineers check jij printplaten en andere elektronische componenten. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles 100% in orde is voor de klant. Na een korte interne cursus word jij een echte pro in je job – geen voorkennis nodig, alleen nieuwsgierigheid en motivatie!

Vanuit Drongen maak je deel uit van een organisatie die volop in beweging is, met een directe communicatiestijl en een uitgesproken doe-mentaliteit. Jobomschrijving

Als Customer Service Officer ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen klanten, Sales, productie en het Order to Cash team. Je zorgt ervoor dat bestellingen correct verwerkt worden en klanten weten waar ze aan toe zijn.

Je staat onder andere in voor:

• Verwerken en opvolgen van binnenkomende klantenorders van A tot Z
• Correct registreren van bestellingen en gegevens in de verschillende systemen
• Beheren en actualiseren van klantgegevens, prijslijsten en adresgegevens
• Bewaken van leverdata en proactief actie ondernemen als deadlines onder druk komen
• Dagelijks communiceren met klanten en het Sales Team via mail en telefoon
• Professioneel behandelen en opvolgen van klachten
• Snel inspelen op wijzigingen vanuit productie en klanten hierover informeren
• Samenwerken met collega's binnen het Order to Cash team

Must haves

• Een eerste ervaring binnen customer service, orderverwerking of een administratieve functie is een sterke meerwaarde
• Zeer goede kennis van Nederlands en Frans
• Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd
• Je bent klantgericht en communicatief
• Telefonisch klantencontact schrikt je absoluut niet af
• Je kan goed omgaan met deadlines en onverwachte wijzigingen
• Je werkt graag samen en springt bij wanneer het team dat nodig heeft

Manpower is hiring night shift mail sorters for PostNL’s sorting center in Zwolle (Anthony Fokkerstraat 2, 8013 NS). This is a flexible job where hours depend on PostNL’s workload so there’s no fixed hour guarantee. However, you must be available for at least 15 hours per week. Shifts typically last 3 to 5 hours.
