want to make the difference with you. Sales Manager EMEA Chemicals
(m/w/d) WHAT THE JOB BRINGS YOU Responsible for EMEA-wide sales, both
direct and through distributors, and promotion of chemical
products/intermediates (e.g., isoprene and butadiene derivatives for
several markets/applications) Acquisition, retention, and reactivation
of industrial customers and distributors in the chemical sectors
across the EMEA regions, especially French speaking countries, Africa
and Middle East Visit direct customers in order to collect the
information necessary for the development of the Business Unit (BU)
strategy Development and implementation of sales promotion measures,
together with the global/regional marketing team incl. budget
management, and performance control Introduction of new products in
EMEA in close cooperation with the global R&D, technical, marketing
and sales teams Maintenance of relationships with logistics partners
to optimize logistics costs, especially in assigned areas Conduct
marketing analysis of the markets in which the Company operates and
propose action plans Organize and participate in professional events
(trade shows, fairs, seminars, etc.) WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU
University Master degree required, preferred in natural sciences Solid
product knowledge in isoprene and butadiene derivatives and other
chemical intermediates Experience in marketing and sales of specialty
chemicals to industrial customers, for several applications Strong
active listening and relationship-building skills with the ability to
establish and maintain effective stakeholder relationships Strategic
and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex
situations and develop practical solutions Strong team player with
excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills High level of
resilience, adaptability, and ability to perform effectively in a
dynamic environment Excellent language skills, including native or
near-native proficiency in French and very good command of English;
Arabic language skills are highly desirable and considered an asset
