What is the ELM?
Evropsko digitalno potrdilo za učenje (EDC) je preverljiva digitalna različica potrdila, ki ga organizacija izda učencu, v njem pa je dokumentirano njegovo učenje. Zajema diplome, potrdila o usposabljanju, mikrodokazila, potrdila o udeležbi in druga dokazila. Potrdilo se lahko izda v vseh jezikih EU in jezikih Europass, podpis pa se izvede z elektronskim žigom (obrazec digitalnega podpisa, s katerim upravlja zaupanja vredna institucija ali organizacija).
Launch Event Report - European Digital Credentials for Learning
The European Commissioner for Jobs and Social Rights, Nicolas Schmit launched the European Digital Credentials for learning in an all-digital event on 25 October 2021 streamed via Youtube, Zoom, Facebook and Twitter.
Open invitation to stakeholders in the European digital credentials market
The meetings will aim to reduce the current fragmentation of the digital credential market and enable EU citizens to have their digital credentials read, displayed and stored in various public and private platforms.
University of Split successfully issues Europass Digital Credentials
Europass Digital Credentials confirm and provide evidence of learning outcomes and qualifications gained, such as diplomas. The standardisation of these credentials supports better understanding and verification of qualifications or other learning achievements. They can be used for formal education, non-formal and informal learning.
