Did you set up your 2FA for Europass?

Europass now offers more flexibility and control over the security of your account. It is not compulsory anymore to set up a two-factor authentication (2FA) to login to your Europass account, which gives you more choice in how you protect your data.

While the European Commission recommends using two-factor authentication (2FA) to increase account security, it is not compulsory to set it up. You can choose to log in with just a password or add a second authentication factor, such as the EU login app, for added protection.

It's important to keep your account secure by using strong and unique passwords and not sharing them with anyone. Adding a second authentication factor can also greatly improve security and prevent the vast majority of attacks. Use strong, unique passwords, and make sure you keep those secret.
