We are looking for a motivated Team Leader to join our tomato greenhouse in Merksplas.
In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations in the greenhouse, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality production.
You will lead a team of greenhouse staff, organize and assign tasks, and make sure production goals and quality standards are consistently met.
Experience in horticulture or greenhouse work is a strong advantage.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, coordinate, and motivate a team.
Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Romanian is considered a plus.
Must not be color-blind (accurate color recognition is required for crop assessment).
Ability to read and count accurately.
Reliable, well-organized, and proactive attitude.
Physically fit and comfortable working in greenhouse conditions.
A driving license and personal transport are an advantage.
