There are many job and learning opportunities you might want to apply for in your life. Some you might discover last minute; some you might prepare for months. In both cases, it is smart to have your CVs, motivation letters, all your certificates and supporting documents ready on your Europass Library. The Europass Library is your online easily accessible secure space along with your Europass profile.

If you haven’t done so yet, upload all your documents on your Europass Library and be ready for any opportunity which may come your way!

You can create different application folders where you will be able to add:

  • Information about the opportunity such as the description of the position, name of the organisation and deadline to apply.
  • Attach all the documents that are relevant for that specific application such as the CV adapted for this job, certificates, cover letter, reference letters and other links.
You can save your application folder, download it or generate a link, which you can send to potential employers

This feature is very useful when you are applying for many jobs or courses at the same time, need to keep track of tight deadlines, the different cover letters and CVs and make your applications tailored to fit each opportunity.
