Je zal werken als maatschappelijk assistent zorg in één van de Nederlandstalige of Brusselse gevangenissen. Je bent, afhankelijk van de dienst waarbinnen je terecht komt, verantwoordelijk voor volgende taken:

Binnen de medische dienst ben je verantwoordelijk voor volgende taken:

• Je staat in voor kortdurende psychosociale opvolging van gedetineerden en dit op indicatie/na overleg met de medische dienst.
• Je werkt een individueel behandelingsplan uit in samenwerking met de medische dienst.
• Je onderhoudt goede relaties met externe organisaties die optreden zowel binnen als buiten de gevangenissen.
• Je biedt een klantgerichte dienstverlening aan en bouwt een goede relatie op met de andere actoren binnen de gevangenis.
• Je volgt de wetenschappelijke en organisatorische evoluties op het gebied van educatieve zorg op. Je informeert actief de verantwoordelijken voor de strategie van de gezondheidszorg in de gevangenissen. Je brengt creatieve en innovatieve ideeën aan.
• Je begeleidt en ondersteunt zorgverleners en personeel van de gevangenis.
• Je promoot de gezondheidszorg in de gevangenis.

Binnen de zorgequipe ben je verantwoordelijk voor volgende taken:
