Sales professional - Employee Health & Benefits
Role purpose: Drive revenue growth by selling Employee Health & Benefits solutions to new and existing clients, building trusted relationships, and delivering consultative, value-based recommendations. Key responsibilities - Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within employee benefits and related health solutions. - Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, proposal development, presentations, negotiation, and close. - Develop account plans and expand existing client relationships through cross-sell and upsell strategies. - Collaborate with internal teams (broking, underwriting, client service, analytics) to design and deliver tailored benefit programs. - Prepare and deliver client-facing materials, including needs assessments, market comparisons, and renewal strategies. - Maintain accurate pipeline activity and forecasting in CRM; report on performance metrics and sales outcomes. - Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and competitor offerings affecting employee health and benefits. Required skills and qualifications - Proven B2B consultative sales experience, ideally in employee benefits, health insurance, or HR/total rewards solutions. - Strong prospecting, relationship management, and stakeholder influence skills (HR, Finance, C-suite). - Ability to translate complex benefit concepts into clear business value and ROI. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Comfort with CRM t...
