💼 About the Role

As our Spanish Market Developer, you will lead Bixter’s business expansion and partnership growth in Spanish-speaking countries, with a focus on:

  • Growing our network of trainee candidates from Latin America

  • Establishing institutional partnerships in Spain with potential employers and organisations

  • Localizing and amplifying Bixter’s brand presence across Spanish-language media and communities

You’ll be part business developer, part country manager, part brand ambassador — representing Bixter’s values of opportunity, education, and international mobility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop the Spanish-speaking market (Spain + Latin America) for Bixter’s traineeship and academy programs

  • Identify and approach new partners: Spanish employers, organisations

  • Support candidate recruitment from Latin America through events, referrals, agents, and social media

  • Attend and represent Bixter at industry fairs, embassy events, and education expos

  • Build trust and visibility among local communities through storytelling and brand alignment

  • Assist in localizing marketing campaigns, landing pages, and communication materials

  • Provide market insights to help shape Bixter’s regional strategy, pricing, and operations

You’re a Great Fit If You:

  • Speak Spanish at a native or professional level, and English fluently

  • Have 2–5 years of experience in markets development or recruitment

  • Understand how to build trust with clients,  institutions, and young professionals

  • Are proactive, relationship-oriented, and love connecting people with opportunities
