Als service advisor in Waregem bestaat je takenpakket uit:

• Eerste aanspreekpunt voor naverkoop, zowel telefonisch als aan de receptie
• Beantwoorden van oproepen en e-mails, inschatten van het probleem van de klant en inplannen van onderhouden en herstellingen
• Afspraken afstemmen met de planning
• Bij de binnenkomst van de wagen dien je: werkbonnen op te stellen en eventuele vervangwagens te regelen
• Duidelijke communicatie met de werkplaats en magazijn voorzien om voortgang te monitoren
• Klanten op de hoogte houden bij eventuele onvoorziene werkzaamheden, factuur uitleggen bij ophalen van de wagen en de betaling afhandelen

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

We geven de voorkeur aan iemand met technische kennis of ervaring aan de receptie, maar dit is geen absolute vereiste. Jouw collega's kunnen je alles leren wat nodig is. Essentieel is dat je dynamisch bent en altijd aan je beloften houdt; snelle terugkoppeling naar klanten is cruciaal omdat we streng beoordeeld worden op klantvriendelijkheid.

Je moet goed kunnen plannen en overzicht bewaren, ook onder stressvolle omstandigheden wanneer er bijvoorbeeld meerdere telefoontjes binnenkomen terwijl je bezig bent met een factuur. Hoewel niet alle klanten enthousiast zijn over de onderhoudskosten aan hun wagen, moet je assertief en beleefd blijven.

Voor deze functie is een denkniveau op bachelorniveau wenselijk. Mocht je echter geen bachelor hebben maar wel ervaring met klantencontact en administratie, dan kom je ook zeker in aanmerking. We zoeken iemand die communicatief en commercieel vaardig is, assertief en leergierig.
