All genetic tests and clinical genetic consultations for patients in Luxembourg are performed exclusively by the NCG at the LNS. The Molecular Diagnostics Service carries out molecular genetic testing for ante-, pre- and postnatal constitutional genetics and is responsible for molecular pathology in collaboration with the National Centre of Pathology. The service also operates a next-generation sequencing platform (LUXGEN), including an Illumina NovaSeq 6000, and has extensive expertise in clinical bioinformatics. RESPONSIBILITIES The genetics activity needs to be strengthened by the recruitment of a full-time clinical geneticist, in order to meet the following objectives in particular: Provide clinical genetics services (e.g. rare diseases in child- and adulthood, cancer susceptibility syndromes, prenatal counselling); Participating in medical validation of genetic analysis; Participate in multidisciplinary meetings with those involved in genetic patient management; Participate in the supervision of genetic counsellor and doctors undergoing specialization; Monitor the literature on genetics and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and patient management recommendations; Participate in genetics working groups within national public health programs and working groups (e.g. National Program for Rare Diseases, National Cancer Plan). Les horaires de travail sont variables, être flexible il peut y avoir du travail de nuit.

Missions principales Programmation et intégration des systèmes de gestion technique : Programmer les automates et paramétrer les routeurs, passerelles, et autres équipements (matériels : WIT, Distech, Jace N4, Siemens, etc.). Concevoir et développer des solutions adaptées, y compris via des langages comme JavaScript. Développer des nouvelles applications pour les solutions existantes des clients. Intégrer de nouveaux équipements aux systèmes existants. Réaliser des vues et interfaces sur des outils de supervision (ex. : WIT, Niagara, Distech, Siemens). Analyse fonctionnelle et études techniques : Participer à l'implantation des points de mesure et d'action sur les installations. Rédiger les analyses fonctionnelles et les listes de points pour les systèmes GTB/GTC. Participer au développement des interfaces et des expériences utilisateurs. Mise en service et tests : Tester les scénarios définis dans l'analyse fonctionnelle. Contrôler la remontée des points des automates vers les systèmes de supervision ou d'hypervision. Effectuer la mise au point et la mise en service des automates et des systèmes de supervision sur site. Soutien technique : Apporter un appui technique aux chefs de projet pour le suivi et la réalisation des projets d'intégration GTB.
