DESCRIPTION DU POSTE En qualité d'Ingénieur Technico-Commercial CVC H/F, rattaché au Responsable des Ventes Climatique , vous gérerez un portefeuille clients existant sur la zone Marseille (13) et Toulon (83), avec une vision plus large sur l'ensemble du Sud. - Développer un portefeuille composé d'environ 60 % de clients existants et 40 % de nouveaux comptes à conquérir ( Data centers, industries) - Conseiller les clients et négocier les offres commerciales sur les équipements Rooftop, groupe à eau glacée, PAC - Suivre les dossiers de l'établissement de l'offre jusqu'à la négociation - Coordonner les projets vendus avec les équipes opérationnelles - Utiliser les outils de cotation et de prévision des ventes - Assurer le reporting et l'analyse de l'activité commerciale (pipeline, visites) - Organiser et animer des rendez-vous et événements clients - Chillers, rooftop, groupes eau glacée… un vrai terrain de jeu technique sous le soleil marseillais, sans avoir besoin de traverser la Méditerranée pour trouver des clients ! PROFIL RECHERCHÉ Vous êtes la personne idéale si vous possédez : - Un diplôme d'école d'ingénieur spécialisé en génie climatique (HVAC/CVC) - 3 ans d’expérience commerciale appréciée en alternance - Permis B obligatoire - Un bon relationnel, l'envie d'apprendre et une vraie appétence pour le développement commercial terrain INFORMATIONS COMPLÉMENTAIRES Package : Statut cadre, forfait 218 jours, Salaire fixe + variable (7% à 15%) + véhicule de fonction + primes vacances + participation + intéressement + titres restaurant + note de frais Tout au long du processus de recrutement, vous êtes accompagné(e) par Walid ou Hamida, qui suit votre candidature avec attention. - Ensemble, nous définissons votre projet de carrière. - Nous réalisons un échange approfondi centré sur vos compétences techniques et vos aspirations. - Nous vous offrons un coaching personnalisé pour mieux gérer vos entretiens. - À vous de jouer !
