We already operate a restaurant in Kalundborg, Denmark, and we are now preparing to open a brand-new restaurant in Slagelse. We are therefore looking for a strong kitchen leader who wants to play a key role in building the kitchen team, establishing structure and helping shape the culture, standards and daily operation from the very beginning.
Our concept is based on modern Danish cuisine with a Nordic twist, combined with well-executed brasserie classics and a varied à la carte menu. We focus on flavour, quality ingredients, consistency and solid kitchen craftsmanship. The menu includes classic meat dishes, such as pepper steak, pasta dishes and other popular brasserie favourites.
This position is ideal for a kitchen leader who enjoys both operational responsibility and team development. You will join the restaurant before opening and have a real opportunity to influence the kitchen from day one. At the same time, you will enter a business with a clear concept, experienced ownership and a strong operational foundation already in place. This gives you both the security of an established direction and the rare opportunity to help build something new from the ground up.
You will work in close dialogue with our gastronomic development team, which provides support, professional sparring and continued development on concept, menu and kitchen performance.
We are a serious but friendly workplace with respectful leadership, an organised working environment and a no-drama culture. We believe successful kitchens are built through structure, calm leadership, high standards and strong teamwork.
We are looking for a Head Chef / Kitchen Manager who:
- Has solid experience leading a professional kitchen
- Is strong in structure, planning and daily management
- Can lead and motivate a team in a calm, professional and respectful way
- Has experience with staffing, kitchen routines, ordering and quality control
- Understands hygiene, food safety and kitchen organisation
- Can ensure stable service and consistent quality
- Wants to help build a strong team and a successful kitchen culture from the ground up
- Is comfortable taking ownership and helping shape a new opening
Candidates with leadership experience and a strong professional network are highly valued.
We offer:
- Full-time employment
- A fixed work schedule
- Weekend work is part of the position
- Salary package of approximately DKK 40,000–45,000 gross per month, depending on qualifications and experience, with the possibility of a tailored overall package for the right candidate
- Accommodation available
- Help with relocation and settling in Denmark
- Possibility of support with moving costs and/or paid accommodation in the first month, by agreement
- Good working conditions in a structured and professional environment
- Staff meals
- Work clothing provided
- Staff discounts
- The rare opportunity to join before opening and help build a new restaurant kitchen from the beginning
- Real influence on team culture, routines and standards
- Ongoing sparring and professional development together with experienced gastronomic professionals
- A workplace where English can be used in daily communication
Location
The position is based in Slagelse, Denmark.
We also operate in Kalundborg, and both cities offer a local Danish atmosphere, a charming town centre and a good quality of life. Our restaurants are located in the heart of each city.

Continia One is our new unified, lightning-fast, and genuinely delightful app that brings all our products together for 100K+ business users globally - all inside one native-feeling experience.
Phase one is all about invoice and payment approval workflows, and expense management such as submitting expenses, mileage, and per diems. Phase two is already taking shape in our labs, and it’s part of a bigger plan to launch a new product that’s going to change key processes and how most businesses work with them.
We’re looking for one truly exceptional mobile engineer—someone who can operate at senior, architect, or principal level. You will take ownership of key architectural areas, deliver robust and scalable solutions, and ship world-class code to shape the technical future of Continia One.
About the Role
You’ll join a small, high-impact team that’s building Continia One from the ground up. No legacy code, no bureaucracy, just the freedom to make something outstanding.
You’ll work across the full stack of the app: core platform, shared architecture, reusable components, and the product modules themselves. One week you’re defining the long-term module system, the next you’re optimizing a critical feature that 100.000 users use every day.
You’ll work closely with product, design, and backend teams, make big technical calls, set the engineering bar, and ship polished, truly native experiences on iOS and Android.
Key Responsibilities
Drive architectural and technical direction for Continia One, built with React Native and TypeScript.
Build core features, shared modules, and reusable components supporting multiple product domains.
Ensure top-tier performance, scalability, and maintainability through modern patterns and tooling.
Contribute to the mobile design system and ensure a consistent, accessible user experience across all modules.
Collaborate across teams to review code, share insights, and improve engineering practices.
Provide guidance and mentorship where your expertise adds real leverage.
Maintain strong build, release, and testing processes, including automation, OTA updates, and app store deployment.
Support broader engineering initiatives such as CI/CD improvements, telemetry, observability, and cross-platform consistency.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience building and maintaining production mobile apps.
Deep expertise in React Native, TypeScript, and mobile architecture.
Strong understanding of performance, platform differences, and mobile build pipelines.
Pragmatic problem-solver with strong collaboration and communication skills.
Passion for technical craftsmanship and mentoring others.
