-Contrôler et enregistrer les factures fournisseurs (rapprochement bon de commande, facture, bon de livraison),
-Effectuer les paiements des fournisseurs, suivi des litiges et des avoirs,
-Assurer le suivi des comptes fournisseurs, des comptes usagers et des comptes des financeurs,
-Etablir les rapprochements bancaires,
-Assurer la gestion de la caisse espèces,
-Renseigner les tableaux de reporting mensuels.
2) Participation au process d'élaboration et de suivi budgétaire :
-Etablir, en lien avec le superviseur comptable, l'arrêté des comptes et des situations intermédiaires,

Responsibilities
As an Advanced Clinician Scientist in the AVIATOR program, you will play a central role at the intersection of clinical care, research, and academic development, including:
- Conducting an independent, clinically relevant translational research project with societal impact in one of MHH's strategic research areas.
- Establishing and leading your own research group, including responsibility for staff, resources, and scientific planning.
- Securing competitive third-party funding to develop your research agenda and sustainably establish your group.
- Integration into clinical care with a clearly defined clinical profile aligned with your research.
- Participation in structured training activities within the program.
- Active involvement in mentoring, teaching, and science communication, including Patient and Public Involvement (PPI) and Open Science.
- Taking responsibility for your career development through individual goal-setting, regular evaluations, and strategic coaching.
- Contributing to the further development of the program through participation in committees and exchange formats at MHH and nationally/internationally.

Your tasks and responsibilities
- Derive requirements from the concept of operations of the targeted aircraft
- Convert requirements into a suitable technical solution
- Coordinate the integration of navigation sensors and SW with relevant stakeholders (e.g. mechanical, electrical and SW integration)
- Define technical specifications for visual-based navigation systems (e.g., optical/IR sensors, feature tracking, or SLAM-based approaches)
- Supplier Management incl. work specification, project execution & monitoring
- Simulation and Analysis of GNSS-denied Navigation System using MATLAB
- Performing and participating in validation reviews according to the aviation specific development process
- Support of the certification activities (e.g. with aviation authority EASA)
Desired skills and qualifications
- A completed diploma/ master's degree in aerospace engineering, computer science, informatics, mathematics, physics, or a comparable discipline
- 3+ years of professional experience as a system engineer, preferable in the aviation industry
- Analytical thinking skills, independent working style and excellent communication skill
- The ability to work in an international and multidisciplinary team
- Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English, German language skills are an advantage

What to expect:
Work and own qualification (doctorate) within a third-party funded project “Reducing heat stress in grazing cattle and increasing resilience through agroforestry”. In a Germany-wide practical research network for organic farming, you will investigate the interrelationships between microclimate, animal behavior, trees and grassland on several farms with established silvopastoral systems.
What to bring:
- Master's degree or equivalent qualification in veterinary medicine, animal science, biology or related biosciences
- Basic knowledge of animal behavior, animal physiology, animal nutrition and organic farming
- High motivation to work with cattle and sensor technologies (GPS, climate, video) on different pasture sites
