You will work closely together with DTU’s EuroTeQ coordinator and the cross-organisational EuroTeQ @ DTU working group. The job
As DTU’s first EuroTeQ Ambassador, you will support the EuroTeQ initiative at DTU by assisting with communication, event coordination, and data analysis related to student engagement and EuroTeQ educational offerings. The role involves collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of EuroTeQ activities. Your role is to assist colleagues in tasks such as:

• General EuroTeQ Activities at DTU
• Participate in EuroTeQ educational offerings and prepare case descriptions
• Share your own EuroTeQ experiences with fellow DTU students
• Prepare and execute events, including EuroTeQ Day
• Develop and distribute communication materials for EuroTeQ activities
• Coordinate and maintain contact with PF (Polyteknisk Forening) and the EuroTeQ Student Council 

Course Catalogue

• Communicate and promote EuroTeQ courses and the course catalogue at DTU
• Collect case stories from students with experience in EuroTeQ activities

EuroTeQ Collider

• Communicate and promote the EuroTeQ Collider at DTU
• Support and communicate the DTU Selection Event (May 2026)
• Prepare and execute the EuroTeQaThon at DTU (June 2026)
• Support DTU’s participation in the IESE Bootcamp (July 2026)
• Co-lead the development of learning elements for Teaching Assistants (TAs)
• Similar tasks for planned activities in 2027

Additionally

• Collect, organise, and analyse data and case stories from student participation in EuroTeQ offerings
• Ad hoc tasks related to future events, development of EuroTeQ programs, communication activities, and data analysis

You are probably finishing your bachelor level soon or may have started your master level studies.

Salary and appointment terms
The appointment will be based on the multi-union collective agreement for the Organisations of Public Employees—Denmark (State) (OAO-S) and the trade union agreement for clerical staff etc. (HK/State). 

Working hours are on average 10-15 hours per week and can be organized flexibly in relation to holidays, exams, etc. 

Starting date is 1 April 2026 (or according to mutual agreement). The employment runs as long as you are an active student, or until 30. October 2027, depending on which occurs first.

You will formally refer to Ulla Høeberg Jørgensen, team lead in Department for Office for Research, Advice and Innovation. On a daily basis, you will refer to DTU’s EuroTeQ coordinator, Dorthe Poulsen MacKay. 

Your primary workplace is DTU Lyngby Campus, Anker Engelunds Vej 1, 2800 Lyngby. Working from home will be possible to some extent.
