Hooajaline töö mere ääres — õpetad inimesi sõitma elektrilise surfiga, nautima elu ja tundma vabadust
Tööülesanded: Mida sa tegelikult teed?
Sa ei istu kontoris. Sa ei vasta e-kirjadele 8 tundi järjest.
Hommikul tuled mere äärde. Päike tõuseb Tallinna lahel.
Võtad vastu esimesed külalised — mõned erutunud, mõned natuke hirmul. Annad neile 15 minutit ohutusinstruktaaži. Selgitad. Naeratad. Tekitad usalduse.
Saun. Ice bath.Jacuzzi. Klientide tänulikud sõnad. Ja järgmisel hommikul teed seda kõike uuesti.
Omalt poolt pakume: Mida sa saad vastu?
→ 🏄 Tasuta eFoil-sõit! Klientidele see maksab 200€ tunnis. Sinu jaoks — tasuta.
→ Töö maailma ühe coolima spordiga päikesetõusu ja -loojangu ajal
→ Tunnitasu + boonused
→ Sinu nägu on meie sotsiaalmeedia — ehitame koos brändi
→ Võimalus meiega kasvada — Euroopa, maailm on järgmised
→ Oled osa millestki, mida pole varem olnud — uue turu ehitamine
Muud nõuded: Keda me otsime?
→ Sa oled füüsiliselt aktiivne — see töö nõuab ikka jõudu, vastupidavust ja liikumist
→ Sa oskad hästi ujuda ja tunneksid end vabalt avatud vees
→ Suhtled inimestega loomulikult — see on su tugevus, mitte kohustus
See on nõue.
Energiat, initsiatiivi ja täielikku pühendumist — iga päev, mitte ainult headel päevadel.
Suur boonus (aga mitte kohustuslik):
→ Kogemus surfimises, kite, wake, SUP või muus veespordis
→ Oled filminud videoid või tead, kuidas Instagram/TikTok toimib
→ Oled varem töötanud instruktori, giidi või teenindajana
Pole kunagi eFoil'i sõitnud? Pole probleemi. Õpetame sind.
Kodus töötamise võimalus: Ei
Koormus, vahetused: 0.5 - 1.0
Tööülesanded: Kas Sind kõnetab töö, kus saad hoida liikumise toimimas ja panustada olulise teenuse sujuvasse korraldusse?
TLT otsib erivedude valdkonda logistikut, kelle roll on tagada
klientide sõitude ja bussijuhtide töökorralduse efektiivne planeerimine ning igapäevane koostöö erinevate osapooltega.
Sinu vastutada on:
- klientide sõitude planeerimine ja koordineerimine
- bussijuhtide igapäevaste töögraafikute koostamine, muutmine ja haldamine
- igapäevane suhtlus klientidega
- suhtlus ametiasutustega teenuse osutamisega seotud küsimustes
tööülesannetega seotud andmete töötlemine ja analüüsimine
Omalt poolt pakume: Pakume sulle stabiilset ja turvalist töökeskkonda, kus sinu professionaalsust märgatakse ja arengut toetatakse.

About Us
Redox Flow is a Danish startup developing and manufacturing specialised research equipment for electrochemical experiments. We supply flow cells, pumps, power supplies, and accessories to universities and R&D departments worldwide. Our customers use our equipment to push the boundaries of flow battery, electrolysis, and electrochemical research.
Our story started the real startup way: we sold our first cell from a garage in 2018, then scaled up to meet growing demand. Redox Flow grew out of our own research needs into a fully-fledged company. Today, we’re a small, dedicated team – and business is growing faster than our current capacity allows.
That means you'll feel the impact of your work from day one - no bureaucracy slowing you down, and genuine room to improve processes, implement ideas, and shape the direction of the company.
Demand is increasing, our product range is expanding, and we’re building strong relationships with research groups across Europe, the US, and beyond. We’ve reached a point where we need a hands-on colleague to help manage incoming opportunities – and help us open new ones.
The Role
We’re hiring a Technical Sales & Project Development Specialist to strengthen our commercial efforts and support product development. You’ll work closely with our founder and technical team to drive sales, develop customer relationships, and contribute to shaping our product roadmap.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Technical sales – Engaging with researchers and lab managers at universities and R&D departments. Understanding their needs, preparing quotes, and closing deals.
Customer relationship management – Building and maintaining long-term relationships with existing customers. Proactive follow-up, upselling, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Project development – Scoping and managing collaborative projects with customers and partners. Supporting innovation funding applications and project management.
Business development – Identifying new market opportunities, developing distributor partnerships, and contributing to our commercial strategy.
Product documentation & development – Translating customer feedback into product improvements. Contributing to technical documentation, white papers, and marketing materials.
Who You Are
You have a technical background and a genuine interest in the commercial side of things. You’re comfortable talking to researchers about electrochemistry one moment and putting together a structured sales forecast the next.
We’re looking for someone who brings:
A degree in a relevant technical field – chemistry, chemical engineering, physics, nanoscience, materials science, or similar
An interest in (or experience with) technical sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
Strong communication skills in English; Danish and/or German is a plus
A structured and self-driven approach – you take ownership and follow through
Curiosity and willingness to learn – you don’t need to know everything about electrochemistry on day one, but you need to want to
It’s a bonus if you have:
Experience from the electrochemical, energy storage, or hydrogen/electrolysis sector
Familiarity with CRM tools (we use Pipedrive) and e-commerce platforms
Experience with project management or innovation funding applications
A network within the research or cleantech community
What We Value
Freedom in how you work - We care about results, not micromanagement. You'll have the trust and space to find your own way of working.
Curiosity - Questions are always welcome here, whether it's about a customer's chemistry setup or why we do things a certain way.
Looking out for each other - In a team of three, everyone's success is everyone's business. We help each other out without keeping score.
Genuine interest in the work - Electrochemistry and clean energy aren't just our business - we actually find this stuff fascinating.
What We Offer
A central role in a growing startup with real impact on the direction of the company
Flexible working hours, informal work environment and a results-first culture
Close collaboration with a small, dedicated team of engineers and scientists
The opportunity to engage directly with cutting-edge research groups worldwide
Salary based on experience and qualifications
Office based in Risskov, Denmark
Opportunity to grow into a senior commercial role as the company scales
Real involvement in product decisions, not just execution
A front-row seat to building a company from early stage – with all the learning that comes with it

About the Health Tech Pathways Team
Health Tech Pathways is developing an AI-based regulatory intelligence platform designed to help health tech companies reach patients faster, through accelerated regulatory approvals, while enhancing Europe’s leadership in health innovation.
We are a small, agile team within a larger organization of approximately 20 people, and we are hiring two senior developers to expand and deepen our core capabilities. We do not expect one person to cover every competency. Instead, we aim to build a complementary team where each developer brings strong expertise in their primary domain(s), collaborates comfortably across disciplines, and supports others when needed.
Beyond developing our core products, we are continuously improving how we work. We actively invest in automation and apply AI to enhance our development processes and overall efficiency. We are looking for senior developers who take full ownership of their areas of strength and contribute to a forward-thinking, technology-driven culture.
Key Competencies & Responsibilities
We are looking to strengthen our team in the following areas. You may have deep expertise in one or more of these:
Cloud Infrastructure & Architecture: Deep experience with Cloud-hosting (specifically Azure), setting up and maintaining robust infrastructure, and making high-level architectural decisions.
Full-Stack Development: Senior-level expertise in React development (Frontend) and/or Nest.js development (Backend).
Scrum Master / Product Ownership: Experience prioritizing backlogs, defining requirements, and helping the team track progress toward development milestones.
Your responsibility will be to lead and execute within your chosen area of expertise while collaborating closely with the rest of the team to ensure our platform is scalable, secure, and impactful.
What We’re Looking For
Senior-level expertise in one or more of the competencies listed above, with the ability to apply best practices and guide technical or process-related decisions
Flexibility: while you have clear primary strengths, you are comfortable supporting adjacent areas when needed
Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment where knowledge sharing is key. You are comfortable working in a setup where different team members own different parts of the tech stack.
Regulatory Awareness: Given our focus on the healthcare sector, experience with or knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as the Medical Device Regulation (MDR) or In Vitro Diagnostic Regulation (IVDR) is considered a significant advantage. This expertise helps ensure our digital solutions are built with compliance in mind.
Cultural fit
You are a good cultural fit if you can see yourself in our team behaviors:
Strives for impact: You let healthcare impact guide your decisions, aiming to improve the lives of millions through tech. You set high standards for yourself and stay focused on what truly matters.
Makes the team the star: You succeed through the team, not solo. You elevate others, put collective results above personal credit, and challenge ideas constructively.
Entrepreneurial attitude: You own entrepreneurial drive, a bias for action, and a positive approach to challenges.
Practical Details
Location & Work Mode
On-site role in Copenhagen, in a great office environment at buzzing Holmen. We prioritise in-office collaboration, though occasional remote work can be arranged in coordination with the team. Working hours are flexible, allowing time for personal appointments when needed.

Start Date
As soon as possible. Interviews will be held on an ongoing basis.
Why Join Health Tech Hub Copenhagen?
This is a unique opportunity to take on an impactful role and be part of a mission-driven organization of almost 20 people, dedicated to breaking down healthcare barriers and improving health for people worldwide.
