The job
We are looking for s support e engineers for the first or second line. Where you start depends on your experience, knowledge, and ambition. Have you just IT your IT program at a vocational or community college? Or do you already have experience at a service desk and want to grow technically? Then we'll work together to find the role that best suits you.
If you're on the first line of support, you'll be the first point of contact for users. You'll assist with IT questions, log reports in the ticket system, and resolve common issues independently. You'll do this remotely and sometimes on-site. If you can't resolve an issue, you'll escalate it to the second line and ensure a clear handoff.
If you work in second-line support, you'll delve deeper into the technical aspects. You'll analyze more complex incidents, manage IT environments, and contribute ideas for improvements. For example, you'll work with Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Microsoft Server, Citrix, and Ivanti. You'll also assist first-line colleagues with technical issues.
