As a Key Account Manager Automotive at voestalpine Automotive Components in Bunschoten, you are fully accountable for the commercial performance of a portfolio of strategic key accounts, representing an annual turnover of approximately €50-60 million.
This is not a transactional sales role. You will focus on building, developing and safeguarding long-term, high-value international partnerships. Acting as a trusted advisor, you engage with stakeholders at all levels from operational teams to executive leadership and ensure alignment across the entire value chain.
You oversee the full commercial lifecycle, from quotation and negotiation through to delivery and performance evaluation.
Key Responsibilities - Own and drive strategic key accounts, acting as the primary and trusted point of contact - Build strong, long-term client relationships while safeguarding contractual and commercial agreements - Lead contract negotiations and pricing discussions, in close alignment with Sales, the Head of Sales & Marketing, and executive management - Orchestrate the end-to-end order process, ensuring seamless coordination across internal departments - Align and connect internal stakeholders, driving cross-functional collaboration to deliver on shared objectives - Identify market trends and customer developments, translating insights into commercial opportunities and strategic partnerships
