Nous combinons audits énergétiques, données temps réel et outils d'analyse avancés pour aider nos clients (bailleurs sociaux, syndics) à réduire leur consommation énergétique et améliorer le confort de leurs occupants. Vos missions En tant qu'Energy Manager, vous optimisez la consommation énergétique du logement social et des copropriétés pour nos clients. À ce titre, vous : Réalisez des audits énergétiques sur site Modélisez et analysez la performance thermique via la Simulation Thermique Dynamique (STD) Collectez, analysez et interprétez les données thermiques et de consommation Définissez et suivez des indicateurs de performance énergétique Proposez des stratégies innovantes pour réduire les coûts et améliorer le confort des utilisateurs Standardisez et harmonisez les outils et procédures internes avec les équipes tech et commerciales Préparez des rapports et présentez les résultats aux clients Identifiez les besoins clients pour améliorer en continu nos services Cette liste n'est pas exhaustive : le poste est amené à évoluer avec la montée en compétence et les besoins de l'entreprise. Profil recherché Formation ingénieur ou équivalent, spécialisation thermique/énergie du bâtiment appréciée Maîtrise de la Simulation Thermique Dynamique (STD) À l'aise avec l'analyse de données et les outils numériques (idéalement notions BIM) Autonomie forte, capacité à travailler à distance et à rendre compte de son activité Bon relationnel client, aisance à l'oral pour la présentation de résultats Déplacements professionnels ponctuels à prévoir (visites sites clients)
