As a new team member, you will receive thorough training in aseptic techniques and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), which are essential to ensure the safety and quality of cell therapies.
What You’ll Do in This Role:
- Work closely with a committed team to uphold high standards in cleanroom environments.
- Ensure proper sanitation of equipment, correct material handling, and adherence to established procedures.
- Sterilize and maintain equipment and reusable materials to support a safe, sterile workspace.
- Take an active role in the production process by following detailed protocols that contribute to life-saving treatments.
- Wear appropriate protective clothing (gowning) to maintain cleanroom sterility.

- You have strong proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- You hold a secondary school diploma or a bachelor’s degree.

Job description
Are you someone who enjoys getting on the road and loves long drives? Do you have a CE driving license and are you looking for a job where you can rack up the miles? Then definitely read on!
What will you do?
You will deliver new, empty oil drums with a mega trailer. You leave every day from Lier and primarily drive in Belgium and the Netherlands. You start between 4 AM and 7 AM and make between 3 to 8 stops a day. Sometimes you unload the drums yourself (for a nice extra fee). Occasionally, there is work on Saturdays, but that's at 150% pay.
What do we expect?
You have a good knowledge of Dutch or English. You possess a CE driving license with the necessary documents. You have some experience driving a mega trailer. Physical work is not a problem for you, and you do it with a smile.You may be required to operate different types of trailers and transport various kinds of goods. Therefore, it is important that you are flexible and open to a variety of tasks.

You drive the relationship with payroll providers and external partners, ensuring clear communication, anticipation of issues, and continuous service quality improvement.
Data, controls & compliance
You monitor payroll data flows, validate outputs, and implement appropriate controls to mitigate risks. You ensure adherence to applicable legal, fiscal, and social frameworks.
Workforce data & financial alignment
You contribute to workforce planning and cost monitoring by providing reliable payroll data, supporting budgeting cycles, and ensuring alignment with financial assumptions.
Process optimisation & structuring
You identify inefficiencies, streamline workflows, and introduce more robust and scalable processes, with a focus on standardisation and automation where relevant.
Employee lifecycle administration
You ensure that all administrative processes linked to employee events (entry, changes, exit) are handled accurately and in a timely manner, with proper documentation and compliance.
Advisory & expertise
You act as a reference point for payroll-related topics, providing pragmatic guidance to HR and management on regulatory and operational matters.
Background & experience
- Degree in HR or equivalent practical experience
- More than 7 years of experience in payroll, ideally within complex or international organisations
- Solid knowledge of Belgian payroll regulations; exposure to multi-country payroll is an advantage
