Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the development of the AI-based “Scientific Brain” research platform, including the overall construction of AI systems; apply large language models (LLMs) to design and optimize model architectures, carry out model training, and deploy the integrated AI platform. 2. Utilize robotic technologies to perform high-throughput experiments for the rapid synthesis and screening of a vast array of material candidates, accelerating the discovery of high-performance materials. 3. Analyze experimental data from material characterization techniques; correlate material properties with catalytic performance to guide the optimization of catalyst formulations and synthesis methods, thereby enhancing reaction efficiency. 4. Apply AI-driven computational modeling techniques to predict catalyst behavior at the atomic level; simulate adsorption, activation, and reaction pathways of reactants, identify promising catalyst candidates, and guide experimental work toward the most effective design directions. 5. Continuously explore and apply new AI algorithms and techniques to optimize predictive models and improve catalyst development strategies, thereby accelerating the discovery and optimization of advanced catalysts. Qualification Requirements: 1. Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or a comparable technical field 2. Several years of relevant professional experience in AI system development, platform engineering, or a comparable field 3.
