The person we are looking for has clear ethical and professional guidelines and a systemic approach in relation to all social systems. We also expect that he or she is professionally guided by an idea on how to understand oneself, teams and organizations particularly when it comes to rational and irrational behavior and how to support self and others to manage and live accordingly.
The person we are looking for must have extensive experience in collaborating closely with "high ranking people" as well as with "the people on the floor," with trade unions and leaders with authority, whether they show authoritarian tendencies or not. We also expect that your professional life has brought you to a position where the balance between dependency and autonomy is essential.
Sales and delivery of Organization Development Consulting services including the change navigation concept Four Rooms of Change and its analytical instruments and toolkit.
Target clients are large and small corporations, public agencies and values-driven organizations in Sweden, India and internationally. Other tasks are coaching and speaking-partnership to individual professionals and project leadership internally and externally.
In periods you will travel extensively to clients and distributors in Sweden and other countries.
You will be part of a small team of six people based in Stockholm where we also run a small consulting group, an office space hotel and a foundation. Your role will also include developing special applications of the concept for use in certain environments.
Fyrarummaren AB is a small company with a complex variety of services that we sell and deliver to a variety of customers and clients worldwide. Our main purpose is to spread the Four Rooms of Change® concept to as many social systems as possible, professionally, ethically and profitably.
For decades the Four Rooms of Change theory and concepts has helped hundreds of thousands of people and their organizations all over the world to succeed. The concept originates from groundbreaking Swedish research and is now spreading from country to country through a network of distributors. Our role is to support the distributors to build and grow their local or regional business according to a best-practice developed over the years by already active distributors.
Another important task for our business is to deliver expert consultation to large global organizations to enhance their ability to navigate and manage change in a more efficient way. You will join a team of six.
