As our Solutions Owner Customer Experience , you combine end‑to‑end product ownership with the daily leadership of an IT development team. You are ultimately responsible for our MarTech solutions and the people working on them. Thanks to your work, millions of readers experience our services a bit better every single day.
You carry end-to-end responsibility for our marketing technology and customer lifecycle solutions: from the first click to long-term loyalty. You set direction, guard the roadmap, and translate strategic business goals into executable plans.
You lead a multidisciplinary IT development team and take operational ownership of delivery, quality, budget, and team development. As a visible people manager, you create focus, stimulate ownership, and foster a safe and professional environment where people can grow.
In addition, you will: - Translate business priorities into a clear product backlog and sharp requirements. - Make decisions on features and solution-level technical direction. - Build and inspire a multidisciplinary team that delivers measurable results together.
This will be your spot
You'll be part of TPS, the international IT and data organisation of Mediahuis. Your solutions touch marketing technology, customer data, contract and revenue systems, and business intelligence. Together, these systems form the foundation for understanding customer behaviour and continuously optimising the journey from reader to subscriber.
