Ruter sin avdeling Radical Innovation søker 4 sommerstudenter som vil utforske hvordan kvanteberegninger kan brukes til å løse reelle optimaliseringsproblemer innen mobilitet.
Du vil bidra til å forske på kvantealgoritmer, utvikle prototyper og evaluere praktiske mobilitetsuse-caser – i et miljø der vi tester, lærer og itererer raskt.
Arbeidssted er Ruters lokaler i Dronningens gate 40.
Stillingen er 100% i sommerperioden 01.06-31.08, med mulighet for 20% deltidsstilling i opptil 1 år etter sommeren.
Arbeidsoppgaver
Du vil jobbe praktisk og eksperimentelt med blant annet:
- Utvikle og teste kvantealgoritmer for mobilitetsoptimalisering.
- Kjøre eksperimenter på kvantedatamaskiner (D-Wave, IBM Quantum, Rigetti).
- Bygge prototyper i Python.
- Analysere operasjonelle transportdata.
- Eksperimentere med AI og kvantealgoritmer.
- Dokumentere resultater og presentere funn.
Kvalifikasjoner
Vi ser etter deg som:
- Er underveis i et bachelor-, master- eller PhD-studium.
- Har programmeringserfaring i Python.
- Har erfaring med Quantum Computing eller AI.
- Har interesse for optimaliseringsproblemer og kvantealgoritmer.
I tillegg er det en fordel om du har
- Erfaring med Ocean SDK, Qiskit eller Forest.
- Erfaring med kvantesimulatorer.
- Kjennskap til skyløsninger for kvanteberegninger (for eksempel Amazon Braket).
- Erfaring med dataanalyse i Python.
- Relevant prosjekt-/kursarbeid innen AI, optimalisering eller Quantum Computing.

About the Role: Legal Counsel at Tise

In this role, you will be the key legal partner for Tise’s Nordics business reporting to eBay’s Head of Legal Expansion and have a direct line to the Tise leadership team. You will also work globally with cross-functional teams and eBay’s international legal colleagues to support Tise’s acceleration in groundbreaking new directions, while ensuring compliance and mitigating risk.

What you’ll do:
Lead Legal Strategy: Develop and execute Tise’s legal strategy for the Nordics market, working in close collaboration with business leaders and eBay’s global legal teams.
Provide Strategic Legal Counsel: Offer pragmatic, business-oriented legal guidance and risk assessment on a wide range of matters including commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, marketing initiatives and new product rollouts - both in the Nordics and globally.
Translate Legal Into Action: Analyze complex legal issues and distill them into clear, actionable solutions that align with strategic business objectives.
Cross-Functional Partnership: Build and nurture strong relationships with internal stakeholders across Finance, Accounting, Corporate Development, Marketing, Tax, Privacy and Government Relations to support transactions, policy reviews and regulatory compliance.
Project Leadership: Take ownership of and deliver on projects that extend beyond your core responsibilities, demonstrating versatility and initiative.
Who you are:
Master’s degree in law and admission to the Norwegian bar.
2-5 years of post-qualification experience, ideally in the technology sector and with exposure to international marketplace or platform business models. Knowledge of the Digital Services Act and similar pan-European regulations for marketplaces is considered a plus.
Full fluency in Norwegian and excellent proficiency in English; knowledge of additional Scandinavian languages and/or German, French, Italian is a plus.
A flexible, agile problem solver with strong judgment and the ability to operate and get things done effectively and independently.
Excellent communication skills and ability to build positive relationships quickly and interact with business leaders with ease.
A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a good sense of humor.

About the role
Vind AI is on an ambitious growth journey. Marketing has clear strategic priorities for 2026, including growth focus in Europe, and raising awareness with media and SEO/AEO.
As our Growth Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of campaign execution and demand generation performance. You will work closely with sales, customer success, product and leadership to ensure that marketing efforts directly support pipeline growth and revenue impact.
This is the second marketing hire in the company. You will have real ownership from day one and grow quickly with the role. You will play an important role in making sure commercial KPI is shortening our sales cycle, strengthening structure, systems and execution across our marketing function.
Some of the tasks you will be responsible for:
Executing and optimising multi-channel marketing campaigns
Owning HubSpot automation, segmentation and nurture flows
Coordinating webinars and follow-up workflows
Building and optimising landing pages and conversion flows
Supporting sales enablement production
Tracking funnel performance and identifying areas for improvement
Analysing customer trial data and contributing to optimisation efforts
Contributing to shortening the sales cycle
What success looks like
6–12 months into the role, you have:
Taken full ownership of operational execution and run it independently
Identified and implemented improvements in automations and funnel structure
Strengthened awareness and inbound performance
Contributed to shortening the sales cycle through improved sales enablement
Introduced smarter and more scalable ways of working within marketing
Who we are looking for:
We are looking for someone with experience from a B2B (preferably SaaS) environment who is both structured and hands-on.
Strong experience with HubSpot
Experience working in B2B marketing
A structured and detail-oriented way of working
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
Comfortable executing independently
Strong written and spoken English
In addition, we value candidates who:
Have experience publishing in Webflow
Have exposure to paid media and basic analytics (LinkedIn, GA4)
Have worked in a start-up or scale-up environment
Use AI tools actively in their daily work
Are analytical and data-driven
