You will define the annual customer success plan including all aspects of Marketing, Sales and Customer Service. This plan includes strategic objectives, initiatives, and go-to-market actions, in an omnichannel context where you combine both physical and digital channels. Collaboration is essential — you will work closely with Sales, Customer Service, Commercial Excellence and Operations.
A big part of your challenge is accelerating our digital transformation strategy, operating model and execution
As market manager, you are in charge of the final launch step, where you align with all stakeholders to ensure a successful product launch.
You act as the process owner for innovation management, go-to-market, market and customer intelligence, and digital channel processes.
In addition, y ou lead and grow the marketing team
- Education: Master’s degree; a background in Business Economics or Business Engineering is considered a plus.
- Experience:
- 10 years of experience in general marketing management in a B2B context
- Essential is extensive experience (5 to 10 years) in digital omnichannel marketing and sales strategy, organisation, processes and platforms in a B2B context.
- You have a good understanding of strategic market management (including digital models), market process management and people coaching.
- You are experienced in driving successful transformation projects of a marketing and sales organisation, its processes & systems towards a more digital approach.
- Languages: Native in Dutch or French, with a good command of the other language, and a strong working knowledge of English.
