What you will do
Within the International Agrifood portfolio of Royal Jaarbeurs, we act as the storytellers of the VIV brand, responsible for the marketing and communication activities that drive international visitor engagement across our global trade shows.
As brand marketing manager - visitor promotion, you are responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring integrated visitor marketing campaigns across the VIV portfolio. Working closely with the Head of Marketing & Communications, you translate strategic objectives into actionable campaign plans that activate priority target groups and support the commercial goals of each show.
You coordinate the execution of these campaigns end-to-end - from planning through follow-up - ensuring all deliverables and marketing materials are created, aligned, and delivered on time and to quality standards. You manage relationships with internal stakeholders, external suppliers, and media partners, including setting up and negotiating media agreements to maximise visibility and reach. You analyse performance data and market insights to optimise campaigns and continuously improve the visitor journey across touchpoints. As part of an international portfolio, you are comfortable collaborating across cultures and time zones and are willing to travel internationally to support show delivery, partnerships, and market engagement.
