Vi er en tverrfaglig seksjon med 12 ansatte som forsker på sammenhenger mellom psykososiale arbeidsfaktorer, organisering av arbeid og konsekvenser for arbeidsmiljø, helse, fravær og arbeidsdeltakelse. Seksjonen har høy kompetanse innen avanserte epidemiologiske og samfunnsvitenskapelige metoder. Ved å kombinere kunnskap fra fysiologi, psykologi og samfunns- og helsefag utvikler vi kunnskap om hvordan virksomheter kan skape gode arbeidsmiljøer og forebygge helseplager, sykefravær og uførhet.
Prioriterte områder fremover er blant annet skift- og turnusordninger som reduserer helse- og sikkerhetsrisiko, arbeidsmiljø som fremmer inkludering av unge og lange yrkeskarrierer, samt effektive tiltak for bærekraftige arbeidsmiljøer. Vi vil også prioritere forskning på hvordan digitale arbeidsverktøy, kontorkonsepter, algoritmestyrt ledelse og fjernledelse påvirker arbeidsmiljø og helse.
Om stillingen
Stillingen utgår fra prosjektene: «Bransjerettede arbeidsmiljøkartlegginger under IA-avtalen 2025-2028» og «Systematisk arbeidsmiljøarbeid, regelverk og psykososialt arbeidsmiljø». Formålet med det førstnevnte prosjektet er å utvikle og gjennomføre digitale spørreskjemaundersøkelser om arbeidsmiljø- og helse blant ansatte i utvalgte bransjer, som skole/SFO og hjemmetjenesten. Arbeidsmiljøundersøkelsene skal gi bransjene informasjon om hvilke arbeidsmiljøutfordringer som bør prioriteres i det systematiske HMS-arbeidet. Forskning fra STAMI viser at det å kartlegge arbeidsmiljøet og få tilbakemelding på konkrete utfordringer kan ha gunstige effekter, ved å bidra til et mer målrettet og effektivt HMS-arbeid.
Det sistnevnte prosjekt har som formål å etablere kunnskap om kvaliteten på HMS-arbeid påvirker det psykososiale arbeidsmiljøet, og derigjennom risikoen for arbeidsrelatert sykefravær blant ansatte i kommunale virksomheter. Begge prosjektene er prospektive spørreskjemaundersøkelser med tre måletidspunkter, og begge undersøkelsene vil bli koblet til NAV sitt sykefraværsregister med diagnoseopplysninger.».
Arbeidsoppgaver
- Datainnsamling, oppfølging og tilbakemelding til deltagende virksomheter
- Forskningsaktivitet som resulterer i publiserte artikler i fagfellevurderte internasjonalt anerkjente tidsskrifter
- Formidling av forskningsresultater på nasjonale og internasjonale fagkonferanser, samt fagformidling/undervisning på kurs og seminarer arrangert av STAMI eller andre relevante aktører
- Populærvitenskapelig formidling, informasjonsvirksomhet og annen profilering av instituttet
Kvalifikasjoner
Vi søker deg som har:
- Doktorgrad i arbeidspsykologi eller et annet samfunns- eller helsevitenskapelig fag relevant for å studere sammenhenger mellom psykososiale arbeidsfaktorer, helse og sykefravær
- Minst tre førsteforfatterskap publisert i anerkjente fagfellevurderte internasjonale tidsskrifter
- Dokumenterbar kompetanse, gjennom fagfellevurdert publiseringsvirksomhet, i flere kvantitative analysemetoder relevant for å analysere longitudinelle data
- Solid erfaring med statistikkprogrammer som R, Stata e.l.
- Meget gode kommunikasjonsferdigheter i norsk eller annet skandinavisk språk, samt engelsk
Det er ønskelig om du har:
- Kompetanse i psykometri
- Erfaring fra forskning om arbeidsmiljø- og helse
- Erfaring med design og utvikling av forskningsprosjekter

Stillingen er midlertidig heltidsstilling som lønnes etter Statens regulativ som:
- Forsker, stillingskode 1109, 700 000,- til 880 000,-
Høyere lønn kan vurderes for særlig kvalifiserte søkere.
Plassering av lønn og stilling er avhengig av utdanning og kvalifikasjoner. Fra lønnen innbetales 2 % innskudd til Statens pensjonskasse, noe som innebærer tjenestepersonsordning, samt yrkesskade- og gruppelivsforsikring.

ICARS is an autonomous, self-governing, non-profit organization, international in character, established by the Danish Government and overseen by the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs. About the position
As an experienced Finance and Grant Manager, you will assist the Director of Operations in relation to budgeting, accounting and financial reporting. Furthermore, you will give administrative support to the Science and Programmes Department in ensuring that ICARS effectively delivers its projects and meet all accounting and reporting requirements from funders. You will work in close collaboration with ICARS’ Finance Assistants who assist with the day-to-day operational and administrative tasks, the Finance Coordinator who is coordinating financial aspects of downstream grants and project payments, and the State Administration which supports ICARS in processing transactions. ICARS previously has purchased accounting services from the Ministry of the Interior and Health and in 2026 is transitioning these tasks in house. You will also work in close collaboration with ICARS Human Resource and Compliance team and Grant Managers.
Your main tasks:
- Budgeting, accounting and ongoing financial reporting to all stakeholders including Executive Management, Board of Directors, donors and beneficiaries.
- Management and control of ICARS finances.
- ICARS budget preparation, monitoring and control.
- Work with ICARS statutory auditors during the annual audit process and throughout the year.
- Supporting project teams with developing their budgets and financial procedures including accounting and audit of project activities.
- Develop and manage ICARS’ financial reporting system
- Responsible for financial planning and financial goals included in the annual Action Plan
- Accounting classification and treatment of activities including but not limited to assets, accruals, prepaid expenses, IT projects, foreign currency.
- Any other matters related to finance, accounting and projects as assigned by the Executive Management
Your background, professional and personal qualifications
What makes you a great match for this position is your extensive experience with finance and grant management. We expect that you hold a degree in finances, economics, accounting or equivalent. It will be considered an advantage, if you have worked in an institution administrating funds from multiple donors, including the Danish government.
We are looking for an experienced Finance and Grant Manager with knowledge of and experience in:
Professional qualifications
- At least 6 years of proven success in a similar role.
- Budgeting, finance and grant management.
- Preparing the corporate financial statements.
- Audit experience, either from the role of an auditor and/or leading an organization through financial and project audits.
- Public sector financial management, preferably in a Danish institution
- Project administration and delivery of support and controlling services
- Assuring compliance with regulations, standards and requirements associated with budgeting, financial reporting, grants and project administration
- IT-literate, including strong excel and data skills with report building capabilities and preferably experience with Power BI, Navision Stat and associated systems (SDI, RejsUd etc.).
- Experience and interest in adopting AI to increase efficiency in finance controlling environment

- Excellent organisational skills with demonstrated ability to successfully manage competing priorities
- Evidence of ability to multi-task and manage a fluctuating and at times heavy workload
- Ability to build strong relationships and good collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in English (English is our working language). As you will be collaborating with Danish partners, experience in Danish will also be considered an advantage.

Terms of employment

Salary and appointment terms will be based on the collective agreement between the Danish Ministry of Taxation and relevant agreements, depending on the candidate’s educational background. Depending on the candidate’s academic qualifications and experience we expect the positions to be classified at the level of either special consultant or chief consultant.
For non-Danish citizens living outside Denmark, relocation is a requirement. In this case, a monthly relocation supplement is added to your salary and you will receive a relocation package consisting of a lump sum, along with administrative assistance with settling in Denmark.
Please note that your total income is subject to taxation according to ordinary Danish tax rules and not under special beneficial tax schemes. We are based at Statens Serum Institute in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Do you enjoy creating structure across complex projects with many stakeholders? Then you may be the new Project Manager we are looking for to support The National Danish survey of diet and physical activity (DANSDA) at DTU National Food Institute.
DANSDA has been conducted 6 times since 1985. The most recent data collected in 2021-2024 includes detailed dietary intake, pedometer-determined activity, socio-economic status, health-related lifestyle and attitudes, anthropometric measurements, blood pressure and biochemical risk markers. These data have supported the identification of diet- and physical activity–related health challenges, the integration of dietary sustainability considerations, the development of evidence-based public health policymaking (such as culturally-adapted dietary guidelines), evaluation of existing health interventions, and support of chemical risk assessments.
At DTU National Food Institute, we are looking for an experienced and organized project manager to help coordinate DANSDA-related activities across planning, recruitment, data collection, data management, reporting, collaboration, and future development. In this role, you will work closely with researchers, technical staff, external partners, and authorities to help ensure that DANSDA activities progress efficiently and deliver high-quality outputs with societal impact.
The job
You will work closely with the chair of the DANSDA Steering Committee to help define, manage and coordinate project activities related to DANSDA and associated survey, data, and advisory work. You will support planning, follow-up, communication, and execution across multiple parallel workstreams and stakeholders. The role combines classic project management with coordination in a research and public-sector advisory setting.
Primary areas of responsibility
- Coordinate day-to-day project activities across DANSDA-related workstreams, partners, and stakeholders
- Keep track of deliverables, milestones, timelines, risks, and dependencies
- Support planning and follow-up for survey implementation, data processing, reporting, and dissemination activities
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and ongoing communication across internal and external collaborators
- Support project monitoring and evaluation, including status reporting and documentation
- Help organize capacity-building and onboarding activities related to study recruitment and data collection
- Assess the implications of operational delays for timelines, budgets, and deliverables, communicate these to the Steering Committee, and evaluate how Steering Committee decisions affect operational workflows and implementation
Our expectations of you
We are looking for someone who is structured, proactive, and comfortable working across many parallel activities. You are good at turning complex needs into actionable plans, and you thrive in an environment where you work with people from different professional backgrounds.
You likely have experience from research, public health, data, food, nutrition, government, or another related field where coordination, documentation, and stakeholder management are central. You should be comfortable working both independently and collaboratively, and you should be able to create momentum while keeping attention to detail.
Essential experience would include
- Documented experience with project management and coordination (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar qualifications strongly preferred)
- Experience supporting complex projects with multiple stakeholders and deliverables
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate constructively across disciplines
- Experience with reporting, follow-up, and project documentation
- Ability to create structure, maintain overview, and execute on complex tasks
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English. Danish strongly preferred.
- A relevant Master’s degree, for example within public health, nutrition, epidemiology, data science, social science, project management, or a related field
- Experience with national surveys, cohort studies, or other large-scale data collection activities

- Danish GDPR regulations and ethics board approvals
- Food, nutrition, public health, or health data environments
