  • Spray painting using primarily airless pump equipment.
  • Following established safety procedures.

  • Private health insurance.
  • Canteen scheme and additional employee benefits.
  • Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
  • Fitness facilities and massage services.

Practical Information

  • Working hours: Full-time position on the day shift.
  • Start date: As soon as possible.
  • Location: Give Steel A/S, Sjællandsvej 14, 7330 Brande, Denmark.

Please submit your CV and clearly state your relevant experience.

We are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible, and the job posting will be removed once the position has been filled.

Operating Partner & General Manager (Profit Sharing & Equity)
Rays Chicken
Denmark, København NV

Operating Partner & General Manager – RAY'S Chicken

We run RAY'S Chicken at Hejrevej in Nordvest, sharing a roof and a taproom with Gamma Brewing. We take a lot of pride in what we do: 24-hour buttermilk marinades, custom spice rubs, homemade sauces, and fried chicken that stands out in Copenhagen.

We are ready to build RAY'S into a multi-location brand. To do that, we need a partner on the ground to take over the daily operation of our flagship location, dial in our systems, and build the foundation for our next openings.

This role comes with base pay, direct profit sharing, and an equity track.

What the Job Looks Like

You will start on the floor. To run and expand this business, you need to understand every moving part firsthand.

  • Step 1: Learn the Shop You'll spend your first weeks working the line—prepping chicken, running the fryers, packing orders, handling Wolt and takeaway rushes, and talking to guests.

  • Step 2: Take Full Ownership of Hejrevej Once you know the rhythm of the place, you take the reins of day-to-day operations: scheduling the crew, ordering from suppliers, keeping food costs tight, staying on top of Fødevarestyrelsen hygiene standards, and making sure the food quality never slips.

  • Step 3: Build for Expansion You'll help turn our daily workflows into clear, repeatable routines so that training new staff is easy. When we are ready to open location number two, you will be deeply involved in site setup, hiring, and launch.

Who We Are Looking For

You do not need years of high-end restaurant experience. If you have run a busy kitchen or managed a bar, great. But if your background is in retail, small business, logistics, or running physical projects and you love fast-paced, hands-on work, we want to hear from you.

Here is what actually matters to us:

  • High Agency: You don't wait for someone to tell you what needs fixing. If a station is dirty, an order is delayed, or inventory is running low, you jump in and solve it.

  • Comfortable on Your Feet:  You enjoy the energy of a packed Friday night shift and you lead your team by working alongside them.

  • Organized & Practical: You notice small details. You can build simple checklists, manage inventory without wasting stock, and keep a kitchen running cleanly under pressure.

  • Good with People: You stay calm and constructive when the ticket machine is going non-stop and the room is full. You treat your team with respect and set a solid pace.

  • Long-Term Mindset: You want to build something real and share in the financial upside through profit distribution and equity as the business grows.

The Deal

  • Compensation: Base salary after experience with a road map to profit sharing.

  • Equity Pathway: Clear, milestone-based equity vesting as you take full operational ownership and we expand.

  • Direct Access: You work directly alongside the founders. No bureaucracy, no corporate politics—good ideas get tested and put into action immediately.

  • Great Location: A vibrant base at Hejrevej 6B in Nordvest, working alongside the Gamma Brewing team.

How to Apply

Send us your CV along with a short email telling us:

  1. What you have built, managed, or fixed in previous jobs.

  2. Why running and scaling a food business at this stage makes sense for you.

•      An informal and busy working day in a growing company with short decision-making paths

Supply Chain Consultant, Central Jutland, Denmark
BIRN & PARTNERS ApS
Denmark, Vejle
Six months in Delhi. A career without borders.
Are you ready to take your next career move? This opportunity will take you into the international world of fashion and textile business. Our client is a well-established Scandinavian private label and sourcing company with more than fifteen years of experience serving leading European fashion brands. From its headquarters in Denmark, supported by international sourcing and production teams across Asia and Europe, the business has built a reputation for reliability, long-term partnerships and responsible growth. Today, the company is financially strong, highly respected within the industry and entering an ambitious new phase of international expansion.Having successfully developed a mature sourcing platform in China, the next strategic step is India.

To support that journey, we are looking for an internationally minded Supply Chain Consultant who wants far more than another supply chain position.

A role that starts with an adventure... and becomes a career.
For the first six months, you will be based in Delhi. Not simply visiting suppliers. Not attending occasional meetings. But becoming part of the local organisation, working alongside experienced colleagues and helping establish the processes, collaboration and operational excellence that will support the company's future growth in India. You will experience the business from the inside, build relationships across cultures and gain an understanding of international sourcing that few professionals acquire this early in their careers. When first step og your assignment is complete, you will return to Denmark, continuing in an international position with regular travel between Europe and India, helping connect people, ideas and operations across continents. This is not a temporary assignment. It is the beginning of a long-term international career.

More than supply chain.
You will work with sourcing, production, governance, quality and operational processes. But your real contribution will be something much bigger. You will help transfer proven ways of working into a growing international organisation. You will build relationships between colleagues from different cultures. You will support local teams, develop new ways of working and help ensure that ambitious growth is matched by consistent execution. Success in this role will depend just as much on your ability to earn trust as your ability to optimise processes.

Who are you?
Perhaps you are already working as a Buyer, Merchandiser, Production Coordinator, Supply Chain Specialist or Sourcing Consultant within fashion, textiles or consumer goods. You have developed a solid commercial understanding of production and supply chain and now find yourself looking for something larger than the next promotion. You enjoy responsibility. You are naturally curious. You communicate confidently with people from different cultures. You don't mind leaving your comfort zone if it means accelerating your professional development. And while many people talk about wanting an international career, you are genuinely prepared to live it.Previous experience working with suppliers in India would be highly valued, although your attitude, curiosity and ability to build relationships will be equally important.

Why this opportunity stands out
Few organisations can offer the combination of stability and adventure that this role provides. You will join a profitable, well-established international company with an experienced leadership team, an ambitious growth strategy and a genuine commitment to developing its people.During your assignment in Delhi, accommodation and practical support will be provided, allowing you to focus on the experience itself rather than the logistics. This also means that you will have a driver available, as well as help in the household.More importantly, you will gain something that cannot easily be taught in a classroom or acquired through occasional business travel; international credibility, cross-cultural leadership experience, and the confidence that comes from helping build an organisation across borders.

Interested?
If you are looking for a career that combines international experience, meaningful responsibility and the opportunity to influence how an ambitious organisation grows, we would very much like to hear from you.We make it easy for you, so no written application is necessary. We simply ask you to register with your CV. Your interest will be handled with utmost discretion.
