Réaliser les opérations de maintenance préventive et curative sur des installations CVC (chauffage, climatisation, ventilation). Diagnostiquer les dysfonctionnements, établir les rapports d'intervention et assurer les réparations nécessaires. Intervenir sur des systèmes de CTA (centrales de traitement d'air), VMC simple et double flux. Assurer un suivi rigoureux des équipements, notamment dans des contextes haut de gamme (villas, copropriétés). Entretenir un relationnel professionnel avec les clients sur le terrain. Vous justifiez d'une expérience de 5 ans minimum en tant que technicien CVC. Vous êtes autonome, rigoureux, et appréciez le travail bien fait. Vous avez une bonne maîtrise des CTA, des installations de chauffage et de climatisation. Permis B obligatoire (déplacements fréquents entre Monaco et Cannes).
